non english speaking robots
I have been trying to speak to someone about changing my car insurance. Ten minutes of god knows what about limitations etc and then a robot that can't understand English even when spelled out phonetically. Losing the will to live, and they want my money!
I have since been contacted by Aysha. a real human! and received an updated quote. So nice to have the human touch.

2 months later we still haven't been…
2 months later we still haven't been paid dispite being told the claim was accepted. The right hand and left dont have a clue continually been asked to resend information. Travel Insurance. MORE DOCUMENTS THEY HAVE ALREADY HAVE.

Our home post code was only recently registered and I was not having success with some home insurance providers because the address was not recognised. The help and support I received to get cover was professional and friendly and I accepted the quotation from the COOP.

Absolutely NO customer service!
Last year's car insurance was £372 this year tried conning me out of £537 for the same policy! Rang last Friday (to tell them i now have new insurance) 3 TIMES total 53minutes NO ANSWER at all! Rang today (26/08) they force you to listen to 3 minutes of AI waffling- left on hold for 26minutes till someone woke up! & still tried to sell me car insurance! Glad I'm out of it!

As a carer and someone that has POA for…
As a carer and someone that has POA for a 102 year old mother that has been in and out of hospital I missed my mother house insurance renewal by 6 days .. and when on phoning up the Co/Op I was told you have to have a new policy and a new price that is more then the renewal was .I asked if the was any chance of any leeway but was told No , nothing at all for a old customer of the Co/Op ? .No
Very disappointing no offer of a discount to try and get it closer to the renewal cost or a discount for New business as it's a new policy,
As if dealing with a palliative care patient wasn't enough the Co/Op showed No empathy at all,

After registering a complaint to them .
They have come back to me and have kindly reimbursed the difference from the renual and the new policy Thank you for listening to my circumstances when looking after a 102 year old and all that goes with it .
I do appreciate this as I do understand if it had been for myself it would of been my responsibility in not dealing with it .
