My pup who passed this month is always with me now imprinted on a very soft cushion cover. She truly looks like she’s watching me with her beautiful eyes. Very happy with the quality and price.

Deceptive advertising, product isn't what it looks like

I haven't recieved my item yet but the website was easy to follow as well easy payment. Will love to give honest feedback once I recieve my orders.

Want to make sure the pic was what I uploaded

Ordered over a month ago, says it shipped after 5 days of placing the order. Tracking number received but it has never left the origin country. Messaged customer support 2 days ago and was told it will be another 2-3 weeks before delivery. Cannot dispute the charges due to tracking number appearing valid. Be wary on ordering from this site.

Everything I needed to do went fine. Thank you

It was easy to order.

The mat is a good size, the color is terrible, I ordered it and it was supposed to be black and brown, it was black and orange, I will never order from them again, not willing to fix their misunderstanding

I have sent several requests to confirm that you received the correct picture.
No one has responded, it shows a picture of an elderly women and not my dog!

Able to choose everything about him that was close to accurate. Would however like to be updated as to when my item will be shipped to me. How long is my wait?

DEFINITELY not what I was expecting and NOT worth the money!

I Owe You Folks An Apology The Pillowcase Arrived Today And You Did A Swell Job On It Thanks Again, Mike Nelson In Toledo, Ohio.

The ordering process was very easy.

My mistake for ordering. I was less than happy with what I received. I was under the impression that I would receive a 3 dimensional motorcycle NOT a flat ornament. I will not be ordering from this company again as their advertising is VERY misleading

Ordered a pet memorial pillow for a young lady who lost her service dog to cancer. Never received the pillow and emailed the company and never got a response. Was looking forward to her receiving this as a gift in honor of her beloved service dog. Would not ever order anything from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice and easy. Reasonable price.
I know the article is custom made but I hope it arrives on time before we leave Florida for Montreal, Canada.

So easy to order!

I was able to find exactly what I needed meaning a black Pomeranian. I do not believe they are so common so I did not expect to find it. Also, shipping charge not crazy high. I have not received the product yet, but I’m sure it will be great also!

Never received
