Easy to inquire, customer service is human an speaks English which is very good for me.. Price is great an speed far better than xfinity. I was even able to keep my landline..lol yes im old school.... Mehr ansehen

They were very accommodating. My husband and I are older and handicapped. They worked very hard and left no stone unturned, while doing all this they were very polite and didn’t lose patience.

Horrible was supposed to get a free…

Horrible was supposed to get a free month at sign up never did called 20 times with them saying they would refund me and fix it never happened now about to charge me again for this month I am thinking about canceling service

I’ve had Highline for about 3 months and enjoying it They care about there customers and if any issues it is fixed as soon as possible I would recommend Highline and there price is very reasonable Highline try’s to help you if you on fix income Great company

Things did NOT go as planned or scheduled, but it was clear that Highline did everything they could to make sure that the service was installed despite the contractor not having done the up front work that was needed for installation
