Customer service team have been extremely helpful, even when there was a small clerical error, it was fixed immediately and I was kept informed the whole time.

Convene provided an excellent experience. My schedule kept changing before the show in Houston, but they diligently assisted me in adjusting my arrival date back and forth over the phone and emails. By the way, they sometimes replied my email in minutes, and the price offered is definitely competitive from the beginning.

Beware of dishonest company with fraudulent practices. They request from you to obtain documents from hotel to prove cancellation, then the hotel will say that they cannot help you and refer you back to Convenue. They will overcharge and try to sell you items you can get directly from hotel. Instead of providing convenience they offer no customer service. Since they contract directly with the hotel, the customer is unable to obtain the service directly from the hotel. Beware! Beware! Beware!

best hotel but rate is high

The reservation process was easy and fast, we got our confirmation right away. We also needed to make changes in the reservation, and they helped us with the process.

This is our second time working through Convenue and while the process is not perfect, they do take the time to work things out and make the effort to get things right.

Easy communication and friendly support for all our needs. We were a group reservation traveling for a business trip this company really helped in taking off the headache of our stay and made it smooth, as planned for, and up to our managers’ expectations.

While everyone was very nice to deal with, we had on-going communication/customer service issues. We made a booking and later decided to cancel after having submitted our deposit. We had to follow up several times to cancel and several more to get refunded. While they did cancel and refund us, it took effort on our part and we're not sure either would have successfully occurred without our added effort.

I had to book 3rooms with limited conditions such as exhibition date and the distance from the exhibition center in New Orleans. Convenue Travel LLC offered various options that I was looking for with reasonable rate, and I could book the rooms that i need without stress. Very easy and convenient.

I had a seamless and stress-free experience with this company. They help me secure a great deal on a room in Las Vegas for an event at the convention center. The process was effortless, and the gentleman who assisted me was diligent in following up to ensure everything was in order. Check-in was a breeze, and I had no issues with the hotel. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

21th of September I book my room with this company the already charge me $1,896.00 and still today I haven´t the oficial confirmation from the Hotel, We have call the Hotel and nobody has a reservation on our names, so we ask to refund the money or an oficial booking number from the Hotel, nothing still today, so what can you aspect from this guys? Nothing good..... we have started few other steps as well....coming more
