Locked out of chromebook. Gareth to the rescue, recovered me email account and got me back in. Was worried i couldnt get my tesco order!

Very quick initial contact and came quickly. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well, repair on site proved difficult so had to take away for the fix, came back within 24 hours with machine working well. Installed machine and all the additional programming that was needed and waited until I was familiar with everything and happy, also offered telephone help for any problems.
Price very reasonable too.
Extremely impressed with both value and performance, thoroughly recommend him for computer repairs.

Gethin collected my old laptop, inspected it and advised me of the options available.
I decided to buy a new laptop. Gethin transferred everything I needed from the old one to the new one. He collected the old one and delivered the new one at the time and date we had arranged. When delivering the new laptop he set it up WiFi, printer etc. at my home.

Gethyn attended site within 24-hours of the initial contact. He was professional and gave me absolute confidence that the issue could be resolved. He took time to explain and make sure that I understood the changes he was making (important when your least favourite thing is tech!). The job was time-critical as I had an important deadline to meet and without Gethyn’s help I would have had a very unhappy client. Happy to recommend!

I found Gethyn through this company, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. He picked up my computer the very same day, kept me updated throughout the repair, and had it returned to me the next day.
