Excellent service from Oscar!! Highly efficient and polite

I regularly use CDE now for all our ewaste collections. Their online portal makes it easy to record the equipment for collection which is then followed up by CDE with an email to confirm a collection date. Once collected, they then follow this up again a few days later with an Asset Register, Data Destruction certificate and a Waste Transfer note. Very professional! My thanks to Oscar today for his prompt arrival and collection.

I made the call on the 27th if they could fit me in as I'm only a couple of miles away, the obsolete equipment was collected by 12 pm the following day by the helpful and optimistic Nick who hopefully dodged the rain on his way back! Packed in half a van within 15 mins 🥳

Daniel was great. His customer service was brilliant!

I have had a great experience start to finish with CDE who arranged a collection of unused tech from our company. Mel the customer account manager was very responsive and accommodating when setting a date and Dwain the driver was friendly and helpfully explained the process of disposal when he came for the collection.

Highly recommended.
I received excellent support from Mel in arranging and booking everything. Dwain assisted with the collection, even though it was on the first floor. Overall, it was a great experience.

Kind Regards,
Sheraz

I met Dwain at the collection location on time. He was courteous and friendly and we worked together well to get the kit from the location to be booked in and into the van. Quick and efficient. My fourth pick-up from CDE. Never a problem, the collection paperwork is in your mailbox straight away and secure wipe paperwork follows quickly after it has been processed. Excellent service and easy to deal with.

Have used a few times now always been easy to book collections which have always been at time stated and no hassle. Prompt return of data clearance certificate
All in all a great service.

Free, efficient & very professional

Brilliant and courteous service
A big Shout Out to Dwain
Couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly person.
When we call on them again, hopefully it will be him that they send

Dwain was very efficient and professional, worked quickly while still being friendly. All good!
Patrick is always very helpful to arrange collections as well.

Dwain was very helpful, explained everything clearly and provided us with a much bigger and better trolley to help carry equipment

CDE is a brilliant service and would highly recommend to anyone. Dwain picked up IT recycling and was really helpful and friendly. Booking in the appointment with Mel was very easy and they were also very friendly and helpful.

10/10

Excellent service and easy to use. Thank you.

Collection was great, driver was on time, efficient and friendly. Hard to ask more really.
Apparently some customers don't help, shame on you, it's worth your while!

They were very efficient, and cleared everything we needed doing very quickly

Second time using CDE, and the same excellent service I had first time around. Mel and Lynda got me booked in promptly and arranged for Dwain to carry out the collection. He arrived at the agreed time and efficiently catalogued and collected the items. I received the waste transfer notices immediately. Will definitely use again when we have more to recycle!

Dwain was great. Had a fair bit to shift and was done in an hour. Excellent service.

Dwain was amazing all collect with no fuzz.. 100 % would recommend them..
