Poor service all round
Ordered goods, they sent the wrong colour and then told me they are out of stock and will not be getting any more stock in.
I have to send back the goods & have just offered a standard -10% discount off another order which everyone gets, customer service so uninterested and leaves a very sour taste with what I thought was a “higher end” company!
I have 5 pairs of Cole Haan shoes and will be moving brand based on this experience.

i ordered three pairs of shoes, various sizes and picked one pair, the returns here link does not work and twice i have emailed my request to return the items that do not fit. you are quick enough to send me requests for reviews and other shopping but where is my refund link

These are by far my favourite shoes. I hate wearing shoes because I couldn't find ones that feel great and look absolutely stylish. It fits true to size. The material used is lovely and comforte leves are very high

I bought 2 pairs of shoes
I bought 2 pairs of shoes. They arrived quickly and seem good quality, however, they don't fit properly. I have contacted customer services (by email - the only option) to ask for details of how I return them and no response despite 3 emails. Maybe they will respond here? ORDER UK39405.
Update: Cole Haan have now sorted my refund. Thank you. I've given 4 stars only due to the limited ability to contact them (email only), and the difficulty I had getting hold of them due to spam filters. No issues with the shoes (other than the fit for me), or the help I received once they replied.

Love Cole and Haan and what they do but my god is the sizing all over the place. In UK sizing I’ve got 1 pair in 10, 2 pairs in 9.5 and now a pair in an 8!!
