Customer service is above and beyond
The ability to utilize my crypto without having to sell it is absolutely amazing. The process is very simple and easy. I recently had an issue where I sent coins on the wrong network. I figured they were just lost as it was my own fault, but customer service actually reached out to me to get the issue resolved and the coins were back in my wallet in less than 24 hours. Great customer service!

In other platforms you need to wait up to 6 confirmations of BCH to start exchanging. In coinrabbit io from one confirmation you could trade successfully to other coins like TON COIN that I have already exchanged.
