I used this exchanger to exchange USDT to KZT in the amount of 2,600 USDT. On April 28, I received the funds only after 10 hours and 5 follow-up messages to customer support.
Some time after the exchange was completed, on May 26, I was contacted by my bank's security department and informed that one of the transfers associated with this exchange order had been reported as fraudulent by the sender.
I contacted the exchanger and asked them to investigate the situation, as the disputed transfer was used to fulfill my exchange order. However, at the time of writing this review, the exchanger has not provided any clear explanation regarding the origin of the disputed payment or informed me of any steps being taken to resolve the issue.
What concerns me most is that I do not know the sender of the funds, since the transfer was arranged through the exchanger. As a result, I am now facing serious issues with my bank and the risk of financial loss.
I hope that a representative of the exchanger will publicly comment on this situation and assist in resolving it.
