Good to work with

Coin guide is amazing; However, FedEx sucks. They never arrive on the day they say they are going to be there. Then they change the time to the next day by 8pm. That is unacceptable esp since we have to sign for the package. I cannot sit at home for 2 days waiting on FedEx.

Fast and efficient service….great company….I’ll buy again…Thanks..Adam Suffolkva

I placed an order of precious metals and it was delivered as soon as my payment was cleared.

Bet price found, quick shipping and no problems.

All turned out fine, but my confidence waned somewhat when we weren’t updated on order status for almost 3 weeks after placing the order. However I understand that the market was busy during this time. Thanks to Brooke (spelling?) for updating us promptly after contacting her.

I have had multiple orders wit this company. Each time the product was fairly priced, and shipped quickly. And their markup seems to be substantially lower than other companies in this business.

I am extremely happy with my precious metal purchase and more impressed with high quality, great price and HONEST people like Bruce and Josh who went above and beyond my expectations.

Good, fast delivery

Coinguide made payment easy and fast. The communication about the status of the order was excellent. The packaging of the merchandise was well done. Overall a good experience.

Great service and prices!

Received on time

This was for the 1 ounce gold coin, right?

The website was user friendly, the prices were the best I found, the transaction simple and the delivery prompt.
I have already placed additional orders with them.
The only thing they could have done better was to be better over the phone.

The people at Guidence Corporation and Coinguide.com are very nice easy to work with. No salesmen just owners trying to offer a fair deal for people who are easy to work with. They have certainly earned my trust over the last seven years for both myself and family. Great prices and service. When people ask me this is where I send them.

Thank you. The product has good quality as advertised.

First time buying with this company...pleased with the process.

Coinguide had the lowest prices I could find and shipping fast and well done. Unlike other bullion vendors you offer one set price for your products not a scaling price point based on the amount that is purchased.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick delivery was, very satisfied with product.
