We’ve ordered several pretend food sets for my toddler’s play kitchen and they’re beautiful! I love that they’ll last so much longer than plastic toys and the colors are beautiful (especially the fruit set!). Shipping takes a little longer since we are in the US so I always try to give plenty of time! Customer service has been wonderful as well.

We ordered a Christmas present a bike for a toddler. It arrived after Christmas but I guess that happens. Then when putting the bike together the pieces didn't fit so I got in touch with Coco Village and let them know that the pieces had holes in which the bolts wouldn't fit. The holes were oval and clearly defective. They said they would send new parts but it has taken over a month to get them. This Christmas present basically just didn't happen. A bit disappointing. Now we are wondering if the bike is even safe to ride.

I've been on your site for awhile and have some items I've been interested in, but never bought anything. Sometimes I found a better price elsewhere, sometimes it's because what I really wanted to get just wasn't the perfect thing. I have taken advantage of a recent sale since their was a big item ticket we wanted for our daughter who turns 2 in March. Hoping tho that the quality as I read and hope for is as described and pictured. I didn't give 5 stars because there is a lag on your site, I have to stop and scroll for a couple of minutes for your site to load and sometimes it loads all the way back to beginning. Filtering wasn't easy either because in order to hit the APPLY button, you have to make sure you close the category menus to be able to reach the APPLY button for it to work. I was using my mobile. I also was bummed that I couldn't use my FIRST ORDER discount code along with the sale that was going on, but wondering if I can use it in the future despite it not being my first order next time.

I love the attention to detail of Coco Village toys. Their toys are top quality and just adorable! I’ll be shopping for more soon :)

Bought my son the doll house and all the furniture, a puzzle, a race track set and the soft fire pit with the pillow s’mores. Quality is amazing, and I received all my orders when expected. No problems at all, extremely pleased and will continue to purchase!

First time I have used you, so I don't know if the item I ordered is everything the description says it is. As it is a birthday gift for my grandson, I hope so. His birthday is 23 JAN, so I thought ordering today (11 JAN) would afford plenty of time for the gift to be processed and shipped to arrive before the 23rd. Surprised to see it could arrive as late as 25 JAN. I was also disappointed to learn I could not enclose a gift greeting to him to go with it. Your Live Chat person says it an option you are going to add soon. Assuming the gift is well done as it appears, these two things earn you a four rather than a five rating.

We ordered a balance board and learning tower for my son for Christmas on Black Friday. I contacted customer service to check for updates and they said the learning tower was not going to be in on time but they were willing to separate the order so the balance board would be. When we received the balance board I noticed it started chipping and I know that it must have been defective because all the products we have purchased from coco village have been amazing quality. I reached out to customer service and they are sending us a brand new one. Amazing customer service will be a customer forever!

I completed two orders a month ago on November 26th. It is Dec 24th and nothing has been delivered. My little boy who's 2 and a half was so looking forward to opening his gifts and now won't have anything to open on Christmas morning. The first order I made was for a few items to be delivered to the states which has not been delivered, yet I completed a second order within 30 mins and it was delivered to Canada within two weeks. I contacted customer service over a week ago and they still haven't given me a response other than the automated reply. This is such a gross misconduct, I will not be a returning customer.

This company ruined my daughter’s first Christmas! I am so disappointed in this company that came recommended to me by a friend. I ordered several large and expensive pieces for my daughter’s first Christmas presents. They were ordered in November with a ship date of early December, last piece set to arrive 12/10. It’s now 12/23 and the packages won’t arrive until well after Christmas. I called their customer service line and the gentleman on the line could hardly speak English and was very rude and unhelpful. So extremely disappointed. It’s sad to know that they’ve already charged me well over $600 from my bank account only to not deliver the items purchased on the ship dates provided. Hopefully, their customer service department can provide assistance with this situation as I will not be buying anything else from this company again.

Simple, fast, efficient!!

I have had the absolute best experiences with Coco Village. I have not received my items yet (I just ordered) but everything was SO cute. I ordered 3 fairly large orders and on the first two, I forgot to use a promo code (my fault). I contacted customer service and they were able to adjust my order. A few days later, I decided to order a few more items I wanted and I had an issue with my order processing. The customer service team went above and beyond to help me order and fix the problem immediately. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and I cannot wait to order more. I can say that Coco Village has blown me away in every aspect and I will continue to shop from them for every Christmas, birthday, etc. love love love!!!!!!!!!

I have only heard of Coco Village this year and I am absolutely impressed by the quality of their products and the friendly customer service. We got a balance bike, helmet, and bike satchel and my girls are absolutely obsessed. The balance bike was extremely easy to put together and we received the items in very nice packaging. We just ordered more items from their Black Friday sale and cannot wait to get them for Christmas. I highly recommend Coco Village and I promise you they will not disappoint!

So far, not impressed with this company. I was told to write a review right after my order so here it is. I ordered 5 items, one is a play fridge. The dimensions on the website are off, there is no way the fridge would be 28 inches wide, when the play kitchen is 39 inches wide. From the pictures, the fridge looks about half of the kitchen length, so about 20 inches long. I contacted customer service asking for the right dimensions and they just sent a screenshot of their website dimensions. They had no clue what their products are like or look like in person. I also enquired about the color looking completely different on the website and on a picture they posted online, they said it must be the lighting but that for sure I will be getting the color from the website. We will see. When I asked to cancel the fridge since I was unsure of the quality control, they said it's not possible despite shipping not planned for a couple more weeks. So, so far, I'm really not impressed with their customer service, terrible policies (even if you receive a defective or broken item, you cannot get a refund and they seem unwilling to help), and lack of care for their customers. I read that the quality of their items is in fact terrible so I'm really hoping to be proven wrong and that my items look as amazing and sturdy as I expected when I ordered.

Website needs work. You have to agree to Return, Shipping, and Privacy policies before checking out. Fair enough, except the “Return” policy is not a hyperlink even though it’s formatted as one. And the difference in shipping options are not clear, especially with what the price differential gets you.

I ordered yesterday with the impression I was getting 40% off of a certain product, but I did not. The issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Customer service was great!
