We used CM removals to move only a relatively short distance but the guys from CM Removals were first class and collected our belongings promptly and delivered them to our new house the same day. Tim and his team were both Professional and quick to do what was needed and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish. On the day, Danny and the team were brilliant from the moment the team turned up until the time they left. We did not receive our keys until late on, however this was no problem and additional team members arrived to help us move in as quickly as possible. The team were also fantastic with my kids, really patient and involved them in the process! A big thank you to CM for making our move so easy.

I received a great service from CM Removals. They took me on at late notice after my house sale had broken down and we only had a few days notice once it was back on.
The staff were so helpful, went way beyond what was required to ensure my possessions were collected and then delivered to my new house.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

The moving team were a professional, friendly, efficient, and jolly bunch who took great care of our possessions and the properties that we moved in and out of. Packing boxes, tape, paper and bubble wrap were all provided in plenty of time and the move was so smooth it forgot to be stressful.

The removal team turned up promptly at 8am and worked quickly and efficiently. The team of 6 worked tirelessly. They were professional, polite and patient.

Contacted CM Removals after looking at other removal companies on line and,CM came out most favoured.
From the moment that Alf,Mark,and Mike turned up bang on time there were brilliant.Respecting and taking on board any requirements we had. The Crew were polite, had a good sense of humour,(which counts for a lot on moving day)!
All packed up and ready to go. On unloading nothing was to much trouble for them. Would certainly recommend, once again, thank you.

Hi Tim thanks for your reply. I do find it unbelievable that you should be so aggressive in your reply, I absolutely realise how busy removal companies are which is why I only commented after waiting a week for a response. I am sorry you were unable to trace all my messages left in your answer phones but for your information I left two messages on the 01245 number and one on the 01376.
It's true I personally have no knowledge of your company as I was never able to speak to anybody as the phone was not answered and messages never replied to. I have certainly not tried to damage your company only reviewed my own experience to date. As regards to your personal attack on me, a potential customer, I make no comment but leave it for others to decide. It's such a pity your phone's are not answered as quickly as this trustpilot review. I wish you well for the future.

My other half booked CM Removals thinking they would be a reputable firm but we've had to cancel and go elsewhere after no communication whatsoever from them. Boxes were due to arrive at start of last week, we stayed in but nothing came. Chased them up but apparently the boxes were out of stock. No email or explanation, we've had to chase them. Really poor service

Very poor service, Tim must have a lot of numbers on his phone saying (do not answer). After we had a few problems he wouldn’t pick up the phone to my girlfriend so called him on my phone and he picked up right away. After I explained who I was he no longer picks up my calls. On the day of the move we was told very rudely that we can’t take the wardrobes as they need to be dismantled (which we as not told prior to this) So i took them down. Then they left us to go and do another job and said as soon as we get the keys they would come and unload. Arrived at the new house at 12 o clock and phoned them and they had the lorry parked at the new house on the drive blocking the garage meaning we couldn’t park or do anything. They then didn’t turn up till 430
And a number if things have been damaged and Tim wont even come round to have a look. Would strongly recommend you avoid this firm.

Excellent service - we'd use them again. Friendly & efficient team who packed us one day and moved us the next.
Prior to moving we emptired the fridge freezer, or so we thought. When we opened it at the other end, we found that we left a dozen eggs in the fridge. They all survived!

Excellent work by CM Removals, arrived early, quoted for the job there and then and promptly got on with it. They removed rubbish that I couldn't move myself including a two wheel trailer frame and even had time to fuss our dogs. Really nice lads who I couldn't praise more. Well done!

I was extremely happy with the service given by CM Removals and recommend them whole heartedly. They did the job very well, were helpful and courteous. You want the job done properly for a good price this is the firm to hire.

We received an excellent service from CM Removals and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They were professional throughout and gave us loads of good advice prior to the move. We received a stack of boxes, packing paper and tape in good time to pack our flat up. On the day of the move, the guys turned up on time and quickly shifted all our processions with care. Everyone was really friendly and enthusiastic and Nick, the team leader, was especially professional and even helped me break down a single bed when we realised that it wouldn’t fit down the stairs which was not in the contract. We have just moved from Chelmsford to Felixstowe and I can't thank CM Removals enough. From the start, everything kept going wrong, but the company adjusted the move dates quickly to help us. The packing crew were amazing and on the day of the move there was a delay getting the keys, but the crew waited patiently then unpacked the vans in two and a half hours. Definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent service, very polite, helpful and friendly, no breakages. What more could you want.
