Avoid if you need reliable communication or HRT
Appalling experience.
I requested a repeat Oestrogel order on 16 December, but Click Pharmacy ignored the request for 13 days, causing the patient to miss critical doses.
When I complained about the silence, they were obstructive, contradictory, and eventually issued a 'deadlock' letter refusing to take responsibility for their own communication failure. They even ignored the technical fact that the product had disappeared from their website.
Look at the warning on their Trustpilot page, this company has already been flagged for misleading content. Based on my experience with their 'Complaints Department,' their internal standards are just as unreliable.
Matter now escalated to the GPhC.

Missing contents, poorly packed
It's my first time ordering, my parcel arrived dumped in amongst other parcels outside my door, there was a large rip on one side of an envelope and just a cooling pack and invoice inside, I contacted them 2 times on separate occasions and not a single response.

Is it too much to expect your order in its original packaging?!
I ordered two boxes of a medication that comes in sachets, 30 sachets in each box. I opened the delivery box to find all the sachets thrown messily in it, no sign of the original packaging, with the instruction leaflets torn and thrown in there. How can i trust the medication has not been tampered with when it's not in its original packaging? This is ludicrous !!

Medication not delivered, no communication
Medication not delivered after ordering weight loss jabs and paying almost £180.00 to include next day delivery, there is still no sign of my delivery.
They are not answering mails or when you call them the ansaphone just says not to leave a message as it is full !
I have filled out the customer complaint form at least three times and have not even received a confirmation mail in response.
I have asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but to no avail. At this point some 5 days after placing my order the website is still saying ‘approval pending’
Up to this point, they have been excellent and kept me informed of order progress, but I can no longer recommend Click Pharmacy UK
