It allowed me to understand the cause of my dramatic credit score drop...two missed payments on a broadband contract that I had cancelled 4 months previously when I moved house(this was an error by broadband company), I was also not on the electricity total register having just moved in To my jew home in February. I now have to rebuild my credit score through no fault of my own, but at least I know what requires fixing.

Good app to keep track of your score

What's good about their service? Sweet naff all.

Its okay but only takes into account one of the credit score companys, which happens to not take monzo information so its not accurate (however Monzo issue is not fault of clearscore). I use 2 apps and both my only banking to check all of mine.

Not very proficient on the key board so when getting an email verification code lose everything on line would prefer a phone verification

So far, very good not been on it long enough to say much more

Using the free tier, and the app is quite good.

Prompt response

This site is nothing but a Data Farm to take and sell your details. They never offer anything you need/want and they send Emails that just straight up LIE about having loan or Credit Card offers, there are NEVER any offers.

ClearScore has been extremely poor in terms of accuracy and updates. For the past six months it has incorrectly stated that I have 0 open or active credit card accounts, which is factually wrong. Despite this being a significant error, the information has never been corrected or refreshed.

In contrast, other credit report providers such as CreditKarma and TotallyMoney update regularly and display my accounts accurately and up to date. This makes ClearScore unreliable and frustrating to use, as the whole purpose of a credit reporting service is to provide current and correct financial information. Based on my experience, ClearScore performs far worse than its competitors and I would not recommend it.

Huge help for those without money skills or credit score understanding with both visual and written outputs such as how to improve your score, where to improve your score and a list of to do to get going alongside video tutorials to help better understand the process of improving your history.
