Would be zero if I could total scam company. Clothes are Chinese flee market quality at NYC prices all sizes run Asia small. Refunds forget it you have to pay postage back to china and a restock fee.

Awful product quality that’s made in China, so the company name and website are fraudulent. It’s a rip off and the descriptions aren’t accurate. Do not waste your money. Their return policy is ridiculous. Do not buy.

I ordered based on an ad. The 2 shirts I received came from China (months later)and were significantly different than what I ordered. Followed their advice in taking pictures of the incorrect shirts only to be told weeks later that the 30 day return policy had elapsed. Terrible customer service---do NOT order from them!!

DO NOT order from this company. Shirts are from China and the sizes are not correct at all. I ordered an XL and the shirts was very shirt on me and the arms were extremely short. They were nice enough to send an XXL but these had the same issue along with being VERY large width around the waist. Terrible product. I should have looked at these reviewed prior to ordering since everyone seems to be very unhappy.. 1.1 rating out of over 150 reviews.. WOW

Received the shirt I ordered, it was the cheapest, flimsiest material I have ever seen. Website says satisfaction guaranteed, with a full refund, but I'm reading the reviews and now worried that I just got scammed.

Absolutely horrible quality control. I had two of the exact same shirts, just different color, fit significantly differently. One fit like a medium, way too tight and the other was too loose, like an XL. I ordered two large long sleeve polos.

Then I ask for a return and they say I have to pay for it or pay shipping for a new item.

Why would anyone buy again from a company who couldn't get the exact same shirts to match? Why would I pay shipping?

Do not make the mistake I did and sadly many others.

Bought a shirt online. Website claims money back guarantees. received shirt. Appears that it is used and it does not fit.
They now claim no refunds and will not take back.

Stop do not order anything from here! I can’t believe I was totally fooled by their ad and statement of being in NY!! It would cost me about the same price in return shipping and customs to return the ridiculously awful shirt I purchased .

Well, obviously I should’ve looked at this website before purchasing from Clarkson NYC. I will the website advertises easy return that’s not true at all. It cost $40 to return an item. On top of that, the shirt was a poor quality and not as described. The sleeves are unusably short compared to the rest of the shirt. Also note that although the company has NYC in the title, the close themselves come from China.

Buyer beware!!! Phony products. Horrible service.

False advertisement. They claim 30 day money back guarantee. It is false. Bunch of crooks running this company. They wouldn’t refund my order. Their xl size won’t fit a large or medium.
Scam. Be careful. Do not buy.

Really disappointed in this product. Really cheap looking shirts. They are offering a refund but only after I pay $40 in shipping and $20 in Customs Fees to return it to China-- so basically no refund.

Low Quality shirts-scam return policies. They sell low quality shirts and make it exceedingly difficult to return them. To return you need to ship back to China at your costs, and they don't guarantee they will actually take your return. Horrible. Don't waste your time or money.

I am stuck with two junk quality shirts that took forever to get here. They were crammed into a small plastic bag for shipping with no receipt and no instructions for returning and no return address. There seems to be no way to return them and get my money back. This is a complete scam so don’t get suckered the way I did. In fact don’t buy anything off Facebook, You cannot trust the products.

Misleading company and poor-quality products

I ordered shirts from Clarkson NYC after seeing that their website presents them as a U.S.-based company located in New York. Only after placing my order did I discover that the “New York location” appears to be nothing more than a shell company for a business operating out of China.

The shirts I received were of very poor quality — thin material, and cheap stitching, and didn’t match what was shown online.

When I tried to return them, I was told I’d be responsible for customs fees and that the return address was overseas, despite the company claiming to be U.S.-based. This kind of misrepresentation is deceptive and unfair to customers.

If you’re considering ordering from Clarkson NYC, be warned: the company is not what it appears to be, and the products do not resemble what’s advertised.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Clarkson New York or clarkson-nyc.com. If I could give a negative star I would. Clothing is junk and they do not have a return policy.
