I bought some shoes that I really liked. They were cute and comfortable. After about 4 wears one broke and is no longer wearble the company will do nothing about it. Do not buy from them.

This company gives you the run around. The products are cheap and the prices outrageous.
If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
They ship from overseas and the returns are a total joke.
They don't stand by their products.
I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

If I was able to post a -10 rating I would. One star is way too kind. The company gives you the impression it is a NYC company which it is not. The photos are not from the actual product as they use cheap fabrics which are not the same as what is shown. The colors are also not the same as what you see in their ads.
When you call they tell you to throw away the products you don't like. In this case it was the entire shipment. The ask you to pick out new products and they will ship those quickly. In my case I picked out more expensive items. when they arrived they were the same terrible quality.

When I complained to the company they stated I couls return them to the original shipping location located in Hong Kong at my expense. The additional cost would be prohibited and they also do not guarantee they will accept them. Also they state no more than 3 pieces per package even though they shipped more than that in theirs.

Bottom line stay away from these scammers. All the reviews I have read all line up with what I experienced. I just wish I read them before I ordered. Lesson learned...

Their products are basically TEMU at 4x the price. Trying to do an exchange or refund is very difficult. I would absolutely avoid.

I bought two shirts from the Clarkson New York website. One was the Anderson Premium Casual for $59.95 and the other was an Andrew Cosy Casual for almost $42.95. I spent $102 on the two shirts expecting good quality shirts. What I received were two shirts that look like they were shipped from Temu or SHEIN. In fact, the shirts came from China. It doesn’t even have a tag or anything that says which brand they are, like Anderson or Andrew. They clearly look like cheap shirts made in China with minimal quality inspection. I could have bought the same shirt from Temu or SHEIN for $20 each one. I feel offended and deceived by this website, Clarkson New York.

Total SCAM on return policy. Do not purchase. Return policy is set up for you to just give up. Finally, I did give up and decided to donate product to charity. Continuously asking for more information and then give you a China address to ship product back at your expense. Also, if product is lost in shipment you lose out on credit.

Total scam! Product is nothing like advertised and they shipped an XL shirt that was sized for a child. Returns then cost more than the product you purchased.
This an offshore company, pretending to be a NY company, which they are NOT. Read all the fine print on shipping and returns. Shipping took weeks as this originates in China. Stick with a company you can return to a local address, like Amazon as it least these are shipping from locations in the states and can return to a location in the states.

This place is a scam. You better dispute the charge on your credit card right away when you are dissatisfied with their products. They are a less than 0 for customer service and demand you return the products to their facility in China.

This is a fraud company, the prices of their shirts are nothing less than a big clothing brand, prices range in $50s to 150 dollars , pictures in their website shows super high quality, but when we get the clothes delivered they are not labelled , super cheap chinese clothes.. , looks used, with very bad patterns and very clothing material's and stitching . They are not even worth of 5 dollars.. it is better to bring the awareness to shoppers not to fall to trap.. they advertise in YouTube and other social media platforms.... it is a big fraud and scam as they have many similar websites. Beware and we should register a complaint in Consumer court of such fraudulent companies.

Their product is cheap material, the sizing is not close to any US normalcy . I wear a XL and when it came it was XXXL and was completely miss sized . After requesting a refund they kept offering first 10%, then 15% then 20% and finally 30%. Given the cheap sewing and material was NOT as depicted, I advised them I would return but first demanded a FULL refund. They refused.. I subsequently found out they LIED and are not a US based company and comes from outside most likely Vietnam or China. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE as you will not get what the picture shows.. I have denied the charges with AMEX and will be happy to take them to court, if they want to fly over to the US and see who wins……

Temu crap send from China. Extremely poor quality. Scam. Avoid.

SHAME ON ME! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering! This company is a scam!! HUGE charges (shipping and customs) for returns!! Tag on my shirt has been cut out!! The shirt I ordered fits like a dress! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have experienced the same poor quality and they DENY THE ANEX DISPUTE AS WELL AS PAYPAL!
I THINK ALL OF US WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM SHOULD POST TO FACEBOOK- it’s where most of us saw the ad anyway!

No customer service response for package delivered to wrong place. I have sent multiple messages with no response for the last couple months. Of course the phone number is just a busy signal line & no live agents available.
The pictures is not even on the street name given for shipping.
The proof of delivery is proof it was mis delivered. It’s obvious where it was left isn’t an apartment community.
My apartment number does not have a house, a porch or a backyard that is in the picture. Did I mention the house pictured isn’t even on this street.

This company has avoided my requests for months & just given the run around. Also uses SpeedX for their delivery that also offers no live customer service only more run around.

After looking up this company and their reviews it’s obviously a scam of a company.
I will never do business with them again & suggest you don’t either.
I should have read there horrific reviews before purchasing of even attempting returns & lack of quality merchandise.

Update- After leaving a review NOW they FINALLY respond with information to tell me it was “delivered”. Just because it was delivered doesn’t mean it was delivered to the right place.
The picture doesn’t match the shipping address.
The run around doesn’t end.
Neither business involved takes responsibility which makes for bad business practice.

Same as everyone else. Lowest quality junk. No tags. I have to pay to send it back to China, including tariffs. Do not buy.

I ordered a shirt based on their ad and the depiction in the ad photo. The shirt I received looks very different from the one modeled. The material and overall quality are extremely low! When I tried to return the shirt, they sent a return form requiring not only return shipping fees but customs fees as well. I received this shirt in a few days, which suggests it was sent from a US location but the return form requires it be shipped to China. Buyer beware!
