Went to the Bournemouth branch at Castlepoint today. I have difficulty finding shoes to fit as my left foot is swollen due to a medical condition. Abby was brilliant. She understood the issue I face and was able to suggest shoes that would fit. She was also extremely patient trying different sizes in styles to find the best fit. It made the whole shopping experience alot easier for me.

We were having a stressful day (11/11/24) having visited two other shoe shops and in desperate need of some school shoes. We saw Abby at the Castlepoint shop who was really thorough and had a great fitting experience. She kept getting other shoes for my daughter to try and we finally found a pair which fitted. However, Abby knew we weren't keen on the shoes so she had one last look at their latest delivery and found a pair that we did like and went through the process again, ensuring they fitted. Thanks so much Abby - you were brilliant and we were very relieved to not only find a pair that fitted but (with your help) find a pair that we actually liked. 5/5 for professionalism and customer experience. I visited castlepoint branch and Abbey served me with my 2 yr old daughter. She could see that previously in August the size of the current shoes weren’t given to me in the correct width. As I had the receipt she kindly replaced them which you could see fitted my daughters feet a lot better.

Carla who assisted me was incredibly helpful. Went to find a pair of shoes for a wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for her and all with a smile on her face. Also Clarks do half sizes and the option of standard or wide fit. Found the perfect pair.

The shop was very organised and well laid out providing plenty of space to try on shoes. Hannah was so very friendly and welcoming taking time to measure my Mum's feet before assisting me with some boots. Super kind and patient with us both and most professional.

Shop assistant Carla was extremely helpful at finding me the correct shoe size I needed, and very patient when I had to try on many different sizes!

I took my 1 year old to the Castlepoint store today to get him fitted, we were seen by a lovely lady called Carla S. Even though the shop was busy she was very patient and friendly with my son, she measured him and then helped him try on several pairs of shoes, resulting in us finding the perfect pair. I will be returning again in a few weeks when he next needs shoes as I was impressed with the whole experience.

After coming to the store in august and getting my 4 children’s feet measured ready for school we left happy. It wasn’t until the first day back at school today, 2 of my children were complaining about their shoes.

We returned back to the store and met a lady called Mandy at the castle point store, I explained they have been worn today but my concerns, and she straight away helped and checked the shoes.

Long story short my son needed 1/2 a size bigger, and my daughter needed 1/2 size smaller from being miss measured in the first place.

Mandy was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Clark’s- you need to give your colleagues better training. We come to you for a service and pay a lot of money for this.

I phoned the Castlepoint store several times this week regarding the arrival of my order - l spoke to Hannah who was extremely polite, friendly & helpful she said she would chase my order & call me which she actually did! I collected the order today & once again she was friendly & very professional.. l would highly recommend using this branch of Clarks & asking for Hannah.

Hannah C at Castle point in Bournemouth was amazing. My son has a slight over pronunciation and she measured his feet and tried on a couple of pairs of shoes until she was happy with the perfect fit for him. Abby at the Castlepoint store is exceptional!
This is my second experience Abby, for both myself and my 3yr old, and again she has been outstanding. She takes time to listen to your needs, e.g. footwear compatible for orthotics, exceptionally narrow feet etc. and uses her expert knowledge to advise on the most appropriate footwear. She’s always gone above and beyond and takes her time to ensure we always leave happy and with a product we love; she’s even managed to find a couple gems in the stock room for us.
I’ll always go back to Abby when my family needs shoes, no one else will do! Thanks again Abby!

We visited for a baby fitting and received excellent customer service by Carla at the Castlepoint store. Carla was friendly and patient and managed to get my son to stay still for 30 secs! We'll definitely go back.

Max was really helpful in sizing first shoes for our little girl.

Carla at the Castle Point store was fantastic. She could not have been kinder or more patient with my mother who was in a wheelchair. It was very much appreciated and we finally got her some new shoes.
