The customer service in this store is outstanding. The staff always extremely helpful. I was shocked though by how short staffed this branch is though. Two young ladies running about trying to serve multiple customers. They did outstanding. Carla served us! She is a credit to your store. Also the lady at the front of the store, Hannah kept us informed about waiting times and was exceedingly obliging even whilst serving other customers in store.

Return was quick and easy.

Went into castle point Bournemouth to view the sale. Carla was very helpful in measuring the youngest feet to help pick shoes and advise on what type of shoes would be good as she’s still pre-walking. Took the opportunity to measure the eldest feet and instead of walking out with shoes for youngest ended with shoes for the eldest as well. Carla was very helpful and I will be happy to go back and get eldest feet measured for school shoes.

Carla at Bournemouth Castlepoint was fantastic, great advice for our daughter on which shoe design would be best, we had no idea we where getting the wrong type of shoe for her tiny feet, the ones Carla recommend where spot on, will definitely go back there for her next pair

We went to Clarks at Castlepoint, Bournemouth to buy comfortable and durable shoes for my 16 year old son. Our experience was amazing, highly recommend the store. Abby assisted us and measured my son's feet to get the correct size and also recommended shoes. Her patience and professional attitude will make us undoubtedly go back. Thank you so much, Abby.

I went to Clark’s Castlepoint today with my autistic daughter. The staff there, Mandy and Abby, could not have been more considerate, thoughtful and knowledgable.

My 11 year old has had a lot of heel pain as hyper mobile and they identified the issue (poorly fitted shoes) and fitted her with new ones and gave me tips (bungee laces from Amazon) as my daughter can’t manage laces which is why I’ve avoided laced shoes which are far more supportive.
I can’t thank them both enough for the time and empathy they showed my daughter which made her feel comfortable with the new shoes, and gave me such great advice.
You can see they genuinely care about getting the right shoes for your child and won’t be buying children’s shoes from other shops again.

I popped in to your castlepoint store today to get my 4 year old sons feet measured i worned the lovely abby that my son hates having this done as he was born with clubfoot and can't stand people touching his feet he would normally scream the whole shop down when having this done.
Abby said that's ok and started talking to my son about his puppy etc made him feel at ease then we then manage to actually get him some new shoes that actually fit him well. My son was well happy which makes me happy.

Walked into Castlepoint Clarks on a whim with Mum (91) and Dad (89) and was so pleased to find Karla. Found 2 pairs of shoes for mum and one for dad which they are very happy with (it is an understatement to say this does not happen often!!). Thanks Clarks and Karla :)

Carla from castlepoint was so helpful, she offered different sizes and in soles. Her customer service is excellent thank you x

I have been a Clarke’s shoe fan for over 40 years, more recently I have found it difficult to get wide fitting shoes and have sometimes purchased shoes later to find they are a poor fit.
Today I visited Clarke’s Castlepoint Bournemouth, it was a delight to find an assistant who was so helpful and actually understood my requirements, Carla explained all of the shoes in detail and demonstrated interest and enthusiasm, very refreshing, well done Carla.

I visited today 7 April 2025 and Hannah was extremely helpful and very friendly. I ended up purchasing a pair of sandals. Hannah even pointed out to me they had an offer on a cleaning kit which was a bargain at £2.00. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

Went in to get new shoes for work in Castlepoint Clarks and Cerys helped me to both measure my feet (it’s been years since I’ve had my feet measured so I wanted to check!) and choose new shoes. I was a bit of a pain because I have wide feet but a smaller shoe size so we were struggling to find an appropriate shoe, but she helped me weigh up the options and got me multiple sizes to try on of the respective shoes.

Cerys ended up advising me to get from the kids section as the fit of their shoes would be better suited to me and we were able to choose a near perfect fitting shoe!

Very grateful for her time & patience with me… Cerys was very friendly and a credit to the store!

Visited the Castlepoint store to get shoes for both my children. Despite having to serve other customers Karla was incredibly helpful and took her time so that we came out with the right shoes. Karla was knowledgeable and friendly.

Lovely Hannah was patient, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She measured my feet and showed me a large selection of trainers. The store was bright, airy and clean. The selection of shoes was amazing. A lovely experience that left me feeling very well looked after.

I took back a pair of shoes that i purchased back in nov 24 as i could not wear them i was able to exchange as i only wore them indoors. The sales person was so helpful her name is Hannah
