Excellent piece of work start to…
Excellent piece of work start to finish. The engineers went along with my suggestions for the cable route, some of which was quite demanding, but they were highly agreeable despite the extra time and work needed. Nice couple of guys who put a lot of finishing touches to the job e.g. cementing in a little gully with a tidy job. All so much better than my horrific Virgin experience!

Really appalling customer service
We have had two really appalling experiences over the past two months. We placed two orders. The first was to upgrade an old copper line and we ended up with no internet at all because no-one told us we needed to send them the WhatThreeWords location - no apology, just tumble weed from the customer service and ordering teams. The next one was another line upgrade and the order was incorrectly placed by the order team resulting in the wrong product and billing. No explanation. When you try to call, the automated message for ALL options is 'we cannot connection your call'. We are still waiting for this second issue to be resolved, in the process of contacting Ofcom. There's a massive backstory with this, but this is not the place to say it. So disappointed. This company used to be really good to deal with but since their latest takeover they have gone to the dogs ...
