Fast, perfect

Great install from the team who were punctual, friendly and efficient. Good communication before arrival and during the work. Installed in requested position cleanly with no disruption to surrounding areas. All dust/debris cleared up. Would recommend.

I have had no internet for 8 days there communication sucks and customer service is terrible no one seems to know what there doing wouldn't recommend this company ever worse one I've dealt with

Wayne and Matthew attended today my address to connect Fibre for Toob.
They were very efficient and helpful. Walked me through different options where and how to fix the new box using existing holes and best routes for the cables to keep everything visually tidy.
After work was completed they nicely tidied up after themselves and left the place better they found it :)

Great installation team. However I’ve been having ongoing issues with the internet connection. It’s been more than 24h that we have extremely slow internet that keeps disconnecting. I am with Fibrely, they raised a ticket yesterday morning after doing a full router reset and they mentioned they are still to hear back from CityFibre about what the issue is.
I also have not heard if someone is coming to investigate the issue and there is not a timeframe for when it will be resolved.

17/07/2026 Update: As of today we are still having internet issues and not have been contacted by CityFibre. It’d be nice to get updates on what’s the status as it’s been 3 days.

Friendly crew managed installation efficiently in heatwave conditions

The staff was friendly easy to talk to.
All the work was done nicely.

Efficient polite service everything worked and install team found way to install where I wanted even in old house.

I discovered CityFibre and Toob through researching an alternative to Virgin Media. I won’t go into the specifics of that, only to say I wanted a better service and CityFibre came through bigtime. From the initial ease of booking an installation online to being kept informed, to the router arriving well in advance, to the professional two man installation crew, the whole process was 10/10. They did everything right and the speed I receive (900+) is what I have realistically got. I have a tech industry background and where poor service these days seems to be considered normal, both CityFibre and Toob excelled. It’s proper, decent, honest customer service. I for one will recommend this service very highly.

The installation team were great, City Fibres updates on times were spot on, a great upgrade all round.

Since city fibre connected our broadband it hasn’t work great ! Not had a problem before now it’s rubbish ,
Wouldn’t recommend ,, not super fast , it’s super slow , bad con version and bad range , can’t even get WiFi in the garden now and won’t work the camera

Very friendly and very efficient team. Got everything sorted in an hour or so, talked us through it all. Generally just a great service.
