Responded to emails within minutes and didn't try to hard sell me anything. Just worked with my requirements and budget, understood my needs and gave me several amazing options. We can't wait for our trip to Berlin and flop down on the citybase pillows! Perfect for us as a family and insanely good pricewise. I wouldn't look anywhere else for accommodation.

Great customer service
Great customer service. After indicating which apartments we were interested in, I got a call back to tell me which properties were available then I was able to book over the phone with the confirmation arriving within minutes of the booking.

Great apartment. Clean and a fun part of town - Clerkenwell/Bloomsbury. Was seamless to deal with Citybase Apartments, though the clerks seemed a bit overwhelmed at check in.

A favourite place to stay in London
Very easy to arrange our stay in London. The booking was arranged quickly and easily and as previous visitors to these apartments we know that they are clean, convenient and facilities are exactly as described.
I found it easier to arrange by phone as I wished to book parking and the on line system does not have a facility for this. The lady (Jen) who made by booking was friendly and professional - a pleasure to speak to.

We love staying here
We love staying here. It's in a very central location. The staff are very friendly, rooms big , beds comfortable, lovely thick towels and good toiletries. Good kitchen eating area, wi fi.

Apartment-Hotel Booking in Berlin
This was the first time I used Citybase Apartments. My Citybase Apartments' representative Scott Waters was very professional as well as got me exactly the apartment I was looking for which showed as all booked for the time I wanted to rent. He contacted the apartment hotel and then managed the entire process for me and settled the apartment booking within a day. It was hassle free and I was able to book the exact apartment which was showing up to be booked online. I really recommend this site to anyone looking for a short term apartment hotels and Scott Waters is a great contact to start the process here.
