Citybase Apartments 

This was done quickly and efficiently. The gentleman I dealt with, Graham, was very good and very clear in his explanation.

Becky and Katy were of great help and very responsive to my booking and questions. I am very impressed with Citybase Apartments service. We hope that the apartment where we will be staying in mid-November will be a par with the service we received from Citybase Apartments. We will be happy to report after our stay.

It was great, but would be nice to be able to bed 3 people in separate beds. We made do with just having one of us sleep on the couch.

I feel as thought my review on this City Base Apartments is a positive one as the service is very good and fast.

The location was great with a quiet quaint neighborhood but still a few minutes walk to the city center. The house was spotless and just like the pictures. There were a lot of little things that made this place special. Milk butter and jam for breakfast, a large assortment of teas and a few necessities like salt/pepper, sugar, oil,vinegar etc. Even water bottles and treats left in the bedrooms. Netflix on the TV, and a storage "ladder" in the bathroom for make-up etc.
I think for Americans one of the showers was small and both bathrooms are right next to each other but the little quirks are part of the charm.
Communication was great too.

Roisin at Citybase was extremely helpful and efficient. Helping find a great apartment for a great price. Personally contacting me to assist in the payment made it a stress free process. Would definitely recommend.

I been dealing with this company more than ten years and their employees are so friendly, helpful and honest try hard to get you nice rates and good locations

I havent stayed at the accommodation yet but the booking process was excellent to date

Clean and nice staff within the property (especially the cleaner), unfortunately the room I was in is very tired and worn, most of the sockets did not work and there was a disturbing smell throughout the building.
I was there for one night and will not be staying there again.
The location is good for multiple restaurants and close to the station.

Great apartment. Very handy Waitrose next door! Only bad thing was the street noise. The air con means the window is slightly open at all times. That could be sorted. But otherwise really lovely place. I recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. They got back to me very promptly and the booking process went smoothly.

The Citybase website is fine, my booking on it for an apartment in London proceeded very smoothly. Dealing with the apartment owners direct for payment was a little more complicated - they use an overseas bank and the link to the payment page/processing the payment were rather problematic, which was stressful. Citybase, however, have been very assiduous in contacting me re the difficulties and liaising with the apartment owners

The whole booking process online seemed quite straightforward however I decided to call to make my booking and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially as it was such short notice and in a specific area of Southampton that I needed and even though no 2 bedroom apartments were available they came up with a great solution of two studiio apartments and they adjusted the price so it worked out cheaper then the 2 bed apartment. I would definitely recommend citybase again
