I received lots of information on the…
I received lots of information on the day plus a reminder that was great. The train was in the end a beautiful steam engine. Very pleased. Due to the weather the change to where we went was understandable. What could be improved is the handing out of the food ordered in the canteen , it was very cramped and slow. Is there another window that could be used ?

Everything amazing!
Everything! The carriages are lovely, we did the Bombay Express. Seats so comfortable, staff so helpful, service so organised. Food really tasty and good helpings! We had done this experience last year but came with friends this time, they were so impressed with everything. Really enjoyed the day.

Lovely ride out on a steam train
Lovely ride out on a steam train. Unfortunately the journey was not as far as it should have been due to fire risk but what we had was good. Bacon butty was great 👍

You have to do this!
The ambience was absolutely fantastic. We were in the dining carriage which is wooden paneling and art deco lighting on the tables.
The Greek meal we had was well prepared and cooked. It was an amazing meal and we would certainly do this again.
The staff who served us were extremely polite, professional and gave great service.
An amazing night, if I could give 6 stars I would.

Birthday bash .
It was great. This was booked for my father in laws 93rd birthday and he loved it. Staff were very helpful at the station and on board. Weather was just right .the pie and mash was tasty too. Would recommend 💯
