I'd had no luck getting my iPhone 4 unlocked from the carrier it was locked to *cough, cough AT&T, cough* and was getting really frustrated with the whole process. I shopped around and couldn't find any local places that would do it, so I turned to the internet. All of the sites I found were either really expensive, or looked unreliable. With minutes of processing my payment, I received both a text message and an email as requested confirming my unlock was in process. Well, lets start with the incident I had while purchasing iphone 4 from craigslist in Canada, the guy informed me that it is unlocked one, I tried with my chatter's simcard and it worked perfectly. But later on after bringing iphone to India, it stopped working and upon checking imei info site, I found that it has been locked. Since Roger's is a sister company of Chatter, it did not give me problem at that time.

I felt cheated, since that guy informed me that phone is unlocked at the time of selling, however I planned to unlock the phone through unlock service provider on Ebay, that did not worked and ebay seller returned my money back, without giving any reason. I suspected that the phone might have been blacklisted/stolen/have unpaid amount on it's imei, after searching extensively on web, I found that "winocm" the guy who provided jailbreak for iphone 4, is a follower of chronic unlocks, that made me have trust on this website, the price for unlocking Rogers phone was lowest on the web. The best part was that it accepted all type of imeis. I ordered unlock on Saturday and by Monday it got unlocked. Hurray! Now I will use my iphone as a iphone, instead of ipod....Thanks to Chronic unlocks. (Believe me I looked for every option like evasi0n, gevey sim etc.. but none was able to unlock iphone 4, baseband 4.12.05 ios 6.1.3, so the only option left was imei unlock)

Hopefully this review saves people some time and alleviates some concerns about being scammed. I spent two days resesrching different unlock methods and websites promising to unlock my Iphone (4s) and after combing through tons of reviews, I settled on Chronic Unlocks. Bottom line is that it definitely works as advertised and is not a scam. They said it would take 5-15 business days to unlock my specific model and they delivered in 7. Would I prefer it to be free and faster? Sure...but thanks to Apple and/or At&t that's no longer possible. I'm just happy it worked and wasn't a scam like many of the other sites out there.

I had tried unlocking this iPhone 4 with another website who, after collecting some money, sent me an email that the phone is been blacklisted but when I found this website - through google - and read the review, I said "if they can unlock this phone, the least I could do (after paying handsomely) will be to leave a review. It took much longer than they promised but it came through. Although, I thing I still have issues getting strong network connection. All the same, Chronic Unlocks is for real.

Chronic unlocks delivered what was promised. The wait time was a bit longer than expected but it was completed and the phone world perfectly!

Was skeptical at first trusting an online site to unlock my iphone 5. I paid for the express service last Friday. Saturday morning I got a text saying my phone had been unlocked. Now I had an AT&T iPhone 5 and it wasn't even activated yet because I have T-Mobile. Got home, popped the sim card into the phone and my iPhone activated!! After receiving an email notice from Chronicunlocks that my phone was unlocked I drove directly to the T-Mobile store. I had a micro-sim put in the iPhone 5 and we waited and waited. The salesman told me many people come in with worthless unlocks. But after about 5-6 minutes the phone blinked onto the t-Mobile network. He was surprised. My iphone 4 was unlocked from at&t within the promised amount of time. I can now use the phone, which is from america, in south africa. It was hard to find a company that appears to be honest and reliable. Chronicunlocks is that company! They were hard to find, so you would do someone a favor by recommending this service to them. It took 12 days in total (02 to 14 January 2014) to unlock my phone.

I Travel few times a year, and for saving some money I always use a SIM for each city I visit (international roaming is almost outlaw because the cost). This is why I need an unlocked iPhone. Chronicunlocks is a real unlock just like to buy an unlocked phone.
