I recently completed a car purchase with Choose Your Car, and I am honestly over the moon with the service I received.

At first, I received a text saying I could be approved for a certain amount, and I assumed it was just one of those generic messages. But when I checked properly, I was approved almost instantly, which really surprised me.

From that point on, the whole experience was seamless. I was supported by Scott throughout the entire process, and I can genuinely say it is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very long time.

Everything was handled for me from start to finish, which took away so much stress. The service felt very personal, friendly, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference.

I would highly recommend Choose Your Car to anyone considering getting a new vehicle. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and very impressive.

The personal car buyer i was given was excellent. Really attentive to my needs, swift responses to messages and kept me updated with exactly what was happening at each stage in the process.

Saw them on TV and so I basically did a google search and added some cars to my ‘wish list.’ As it happens the ones I particularly liked weren’t suitable for finance so they asked if I wanted them to have a look around for me. They sent me some suggestions and from the on it was really easy. They sorted my finance, and the whole thing was completed within one day. The only thing I would say is on the website most of the cars state ‘uk delivery available’ but this wasn’t the case so I caught a train and an Uber when I went to collect. Other than that I would highly recommend. Chris, Chloe and I think Jason (sorry if that’s wrong) were all really helpful.
