I ordered two shirts from hawalili…
I ordered two shirts from hawalili (ChicVGroup) . After a few month (more than a month promised) I received one shirt. Every once and a while I will get a shipment has been processed email and also inundated with spam on the web and my email.
The one shirt I did receive is garbage. It is not cotton as it said it was, for a summer shirt has no breathability, and it feels cheap . No tags on the shirt to tell you what it is made of. I am not dry cleaning a 30 dollar summer shirt but that is what they tell you? I am sure a dry cleaner would laugh at me for bringing such a garment. Just an unnecessary lie. I guess there is one born every day as I did not research the company.
This was on the latest shipment info from today :

No one else has COVID delivery problems, Business is booming on line. I get stuff I order on line in record time 99 % of the time.
It is 30 Celsius in Canada there has been no delays in Canada due to show since the beginning of winter for one week.
Pre making excuses. I am sure ChicVGroup goes under many names “hawalili” so do your research before buying on line. At least it wasn't a costly scam for me. I did try to contact then by the only way they allow (red flag!) through some web site. No company info. They did not respond.

I wrote this addition to the post after the response to the review from the unknown out there . Why would they not respond to me? I emailed them directly ... what ever waste can those emails go to ... and they do not respond. You can see there response is generated. You can see that is the only response to all the post. Can I take away my one star?

Following this post, I got an email from Roselinlin, with information on shipping and an assurance that they are not a scam. I can't confirm this yet but will let people know. The company has been communicative so I might reorder.

These tops are hideous and too big
I ordered two of the same top, one for me and one for my mom. The fabric looked silky in the advertisement, and the print looked like a watercolor of a field of flowers. The shirts arrived later than promised, and they were awful. The fabric is not silky or soft, and the colors are garish. I ordered two mediums, and they were both the size of an XL. Now I can't find any information on how or where to return them and request a refund. I'm appalled to see that this complany is still in business after all the horrible reviews they've gotten! Wish I'd checked that before ordering.

Don't count on returning anything that you are not pleased with
I ordered a number of items which came sporadically over a period of time. When I looked to see how to return a couple of items the time had expired- 15 days? It took about a month to send all the items.
Beware that anything with sleeves - their model for Americans is the 'far side' figure -big body with skinny arms.

I ordered 5 shirts. NONE of them fit. I am a little heavy and ordered xtra large shirts. 3 out of 5 do not come past my shoulders. WHY? Because Zolucky is a scam. SCAM
To the lady from USA who bought a swim suit-firstly the items are shipped from Hong Kog not UK.I live in IK and the so called coat I ordered came from HK. They said there was a discount of 12 pounds but I paid for the shipping with that, when it arrived it was terrible a cheap cory made from the flimsiest more rubbishy material ever, the seams were crooked and it hung like a dishrag. So I e mailed for a return slip-not forthcoming, some threats and homework later I finally got a return slip and was made to pay my own shipping. So for the £42 coat I got £13 back-as I paid the shipping both ways. These are a TERRIBLE company

Hi,
Just a small posting to let anyone who has had a negative experience with this company. I too was hesitant to order. I did order a bathing suit and some sandals last summer. I did receive my order. The bathing suit was beautiful and the fit was spot on. I did have to wait several months. I live in the United States and our country was in the infancy of Covid 19 pandemic. March 2020. The items were true to size and matched the description. Also they are being shipped from the UK. I just received a second order and am very pleased with my purchases. The prices are great! I hope everyone receives their orders. I have found that with all that is happening in our world I am willing to wait for my purchases. It’s worth it!

I ordered from Zolucky in April. They charged my account as if I received the products. I am still waiting. Tracking info said my order was shipped from California on 5/4/2021. Still no product. Then I researched Zolucky and found they are owned by ChicV International. Enough said.
