RUN, don't Walk Away from this Company
ChicV is apparently the parent company (or payment processor) of several clothing web sites, including Hawalili.
The products I ordered looked great on the web site, but the actual clothing I received was very disappointing. The shirts were made of shoddy materials (try 100-percent polyester with the pattern only on one side, a burlap like fabric feel, etc.). Some are also mislabeled in terms of fabric type or just not labeled at all.
Here's the real kicker: If you have the temerity to request a return, they actually expect you to ship your order back to China at your expense, which can easily exceed the actual cost of the merchandise. (BTW: This nuance is conspicuously absent in their return policy.)
P.S.: They have over 500 complaints registered on PayPal alone.

I ordered 2 dresses and 2 tops on June 23. I tried to cancel after I read the reviews but I just got prerecorded emails in the middle of the night. I was never able to speak to anyone. I also found out that the merchandize is a bad replication of known styles and the photos are not even a hint of what you get. Really bad, cheap stuff. I will keep fighting to get my money back and hope they become outlawed. This is a *very good scammer company*. BEWARE!

I ordered garments totaling $117.94 on July 1, 2021. Company immediately charged my Visa card. I never received an E-mail confirmation and the email was not in spam or trash files. I have not received order. Beware of this company.

I ordered June 24th 2021. No email confirmation, no received shipment, no order number. Total charged to account was $131.94. It is July 8th. Where is my order.
Update, I recieved my order and it was complete garbage. No tags and looked horrible. I tried on my shorts and the waist literally went to my chest!
Package had no invoice and no return label/option. Tags on package were in Chinese script covered by new jersey address label.
I filed a claim with my bank for fraud.

I followed how to return the goods, but doesn't work.
I ordered but never had any confirmation nor e-mail.
It was charged on July 3rd, and no information came to e-mail. When I tried to sign up the web site, but they say they do not have that e-mail address, I will ask the credit card company to refund.
Since I was usig phone, and trusted that I can login or receive confirmation e-mail, which all of the trusted companies would do, I didn't write the confirmation number, but my credit card was charged immediately, without any confirmation or any receipt sent to my e-mail.
After I complained here, the company sent me the dresses on 19th July, but the quality was really bad, like a paper dress. I tried to return it, following the direction they sent with the dresses, which didn't work. I sent e-mail to service department, but didin't get reply so far. But at least now I got order number HBPT00738016.

With enough complaints to VISA. they and shut them down from taking payments on the credit card. That is when it smarts.
These are UK scammers. Pass the word.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS or NORACORA [the company that I thought I was ordering from].
I ordered from Noracora and I have to "assume" they are the same company as the charges on my account are similar.
1. I've been charged more than I agreed to. 2. I understood this company was in Canada, then when I went to pay was asked if I wanted the U.S. prices converted to Canadian [I was o.k. that it was a U.S. company]. But after my order was finalized it turned out to be Hong Kong [which means sizing would be wrong and delivery would be VERY long].
Nothing fits, quality is very bad and shipment was split into three. That means that if I want my money back, I have to return goods to China - how did China get in here? [I will have to pay shipping three times as the other items haven't arrived and maybe never will].
I get my statement to find out this company is in the U.K.? WHAT SCAM IS THIS!! ... I either lose ALL my money or I lose most of it. This is rip off!!

I appreciate the response but you won't be "seeing me again soon" if I lose much money for product I can not wear.
