STAY AWAY !!!
1. When being moved from NBC cloud phone service they decided to add additional chargeable service without asking for permission. I have requested to have it removed and refunded -they did absolutely nothing and kept charging us. Several tickets later finally they have cancelled the service though said they will not refund anything as it was charged for several months.
2. In Jan 2025 as we were in contract with them we have requested additional for new employee. End of September 2025 - NEVER HAPPENED!
3. The communication is total disaster - we've been unable at some point to log into the portal and took them month to sort it out. We could not request the password remainder because the email for some reasons we going to one of their team members!

We changed to Chess for our mobiles a few years ago and received great pricing and above anything excellent customer service from Danielle. It is great that she is on the ball and answers every query in record time and nothing is too much trouble. Clearly an asset to your company.

I should have read the reviews....... Seemed ok at first, then the charges kept increasing and they pulled a con with the addition of dark web monitor -instead of inviting to join, they gave a free trial which could be cancelled. Of course that's a twisted way oof increasing the income as it was not clearly stated that it would be automatically added to the account. They have been totally unhelpful and disinterested in resolving my complaints and very quick to threaten sending my disputed, unpaid amounts to a debt collector. It's a bad way to do business and would suggest any other company rather than this one. Should have read the reviews!

Michael Fenton was very helpful in updating my new laptop and ensuring I had all the apps I needed even going so far as to check everything was working normally once updated and recommending on which apps to use for greater security.
