Products are great but shipping had a number of delays where I wasn't really receiving any details from the company. Eventually got the parcel after about a month (quoted 3-7 day shipping) but not sure how long it may have taken if I didn't follow up constantly.

Very happy with my cabinet I like something a bit out if the ordinary and Chesquin ticked the box !
My only criticism was the delay on the delivery and having to wait in on 3 occasions
But I’m calling it a blip and will certainly order from then again

product was well made miner adjustments to do but that is what wood is all about. Delivery very good and kept informed about delays.

Great furniture at great prices. He’s a little issue with Damage in transit but Jan was amazing and sorted it out immediately.

Ordered 2 items. Originally delivery date didnt suit, so I changed the day. They delivered on a different day. Not ideal.

Also only delivered 1 of the 2 items. And it was the incorrect item!

So had to get the incorrect one sent back. They wouldnt send the new items until the incorrect one was sent back...so had to wait longer.

So, i get a new delivery date for the 2 items again - hopefully correct this time. However, again, only 1 of them turns up!

So still in the process of trying to track down the other item...and still out of pocket. Not ideal!

Ordered for the first time last week with Chesquin Interiors and I am so thrilled. My chair has already arrived and the quality is fantastic and looks perfect in my hallway. The customer service I received from the Chesquin Team was above and beyond my expectations, they were so helpful and even tracked the delivery for me. I will definitely be using Chesquin again and would recommend them to anyone

Ordered a 2 drawer bedsite unit and some linen spray on 1st June. The drawers arrived but the top drawer wouldn't open properly. The linen spray never arrived. Then spent numerous phone calls and emails trying to get them to accept a return. Customer service is appalling! Eventually got them to take the drawers back but only received a partial refund!!!

The product is very nice, lovely quality. Communication from the company was also very good but the product did take a long time to arrive.

I contacted ChesQuin Interiors via an on-line chat to check the availability of the item I wanted. The person I dealt with, James, was an absolute star. Very helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the velvet ottoman, it is solid and well made and it looks like a quality piece of furniture

The bedside units are stunning. Packaged so well that when the courier dropped then upside damage no damage was caused. Im so thrilled thank you!

I’m really pleased with my purchase, the dressing table I bought is absolutely beautiful solid wood for the same price as everywhere else is selling poor quality MDF versions. It looks gorgeous in my bedroom and is the perfect size. The customer service from Jan was notably above and beyond, she personally emailed me order updates regularly and was a pleasure to speak to. Delivery did take a couple of weeks due to coming from abroad but we can only blame Brexit for that!
