My order arrived within three days of purchase, I was kept up to date with the dispatch, transit and arrival date. The product arrived boxed perfectly and with lots of care and attention to make sure that there was no possible damage during transit. The product is excellent, as described and excellent quality. We loved the material bag used for the nuts and bolts.

Ordered an item online, said it was in stock. Received an email saying there was no stock, would I be happy to wait. I said yes for a small discount (<10%), waited two days for an answer and couldn’t facilitate… overall quite poor and disappointed

Very happy with my new lamp, there was a delay on delivery but I was kept informed so really not a problem

My table is beautiful, I did wonder as I didn't open it for about 2.5 weeks as the box it came in stunk to high heaven, I was and still am waiting on the chairs from another Co. But the table is gorgeous and was so easy to put together, I love it

I have just recently purchased 2 bedside tables and 2 chest of drawers from ChesQuin. There were some delays due to the current worldwide shipping backlog but I was always kept informed of their progress.
The 4 items are absolutely beautiful, arrived in perfect condition and were actually nearly £300 cheaper than the same items from Wayfair. I can highly recommend ChesQuin and will definitely purchase from them again!

PS we were contacted by Chesquin to remove our much more scathing review (which we wrote after four weeks of frustration).

Since they finally replaced our item (after a LOT of hassle by us!), we decided to water down our negative review.

After having a nightmare with Wayfair (would never sue them again) I found this company who sold the same dining chairs, lovely chap had a chat with me over the phone where nothing was too much trouble , the chairs had been checked so they all matched , arrived on time just perfect, will definitely be using them again. I contacted ChesQuin about the product I was interested in prior to purchasing and received a quick response that day. Purchasing the product was quick and easy but there wasn’t a way of knowing when delivery would be. After a week I contacted them and got clarification on the delivery - I also downloaded the ‘shop’ app which gives you updates. It came a day later than originally stated but that’s fine.

The product itself is lovely (chestnut coffee table), it’s well made and incredibly easy to put together. I would give 4.5 stars if I could but the only reason for not awarding five is there was a bit too much variation in the tone of the wood on one of the drawers, which looks like it doesn’t belong to the rest of the table. I chose chestnut because it’s generally pretty even in tone, so this was a bit disappointing.

Spent time researching the company and beds and spoke with several
Times before placing an order due to us moving 100s miles north and wanting to ensure our “hand made bed” arrived on time.

Long story short the lies after this were. Joke - no deliver my for weeks I placed an order in September the bed arrived in November faulty . They accused the courier company and it wasn’t their fault it was actually the supplier and when it arrived the so called hand made bed was badly made and cheap !

Next do a better service and bed

The king size premium mattress from Emma doesn’t even fit the frame of this so called hand made luxury bed.

They are ignoring Klarna and me for a refund !! Would never use this Company - glossy pics are a facade for rubbish items and service Next cost more and do better items !!
