I wouldn’t reccomend purchasing anything which might result in a return/refund because customer service team is practically non existent- several emails sent yet none have been replied to regarding a refund , will be writing to trading standards, ombudsman and the directors listed on companies house- I believe a lady called Laura works with customer service/head office - I think the team require retraining. I would recommend shopping and booking events elsewhere such as Webb’s who has amazing customer service

Cherry Lane Towcester Father Christmas . What a brilliant experience went there today with my grand daughters Annaleigh and Harriett the best father Christmas ever he took his time with the girls we all sang a song and he got the elve Molly to read the children a Christmas story he chatted to them about Christmas day he talked about the reindeers he took time to allow us to take pictures and then he gave the girls a gift. Then he chatted some more ! A very kind and thoughtful father Christmas . Highly reccomend .

Our first visit to Pendock Lane Garden centre was a total disaster. My wife and I were met at the tills by a real life Cruella De Vil , who verbally abused me in front of all others over a very trivial matter. We departed before matters escalated. Back to Moors Garden Center for us.

AVOID THIS COMPANY RUDE MANAGERS AWFUL EXPERIENCE
i bought few storage boxes, all received damaged one of their customer care manager(Laura) emailed me very rudely that i have to pay for the shipping along with a policy link of their terms and conditions on return, after a bit hassle and few lengthy emails to them they refund me and ask me to donate the damage boxes to charity, again one of their customer care manager(Rachael) again emailed me and ask me to refrain from placing any orders with them as if i was going to use them again. what a dumb management they have, asking their customer not to order with them again. so furious and disappointed

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.
When ordering online we didn’t realise PayPal had altered our delivery address. We saw our mistake immediately and tried to contact customer service via phone, email and on online chat to amend or cancel the order.
2 days later the order was dispatched without the address correcting.
We were then emailed by customer service and told that we could just refuse the delivery and receive our refund. The delivery left the 3m box of garden furniture in front of our old terraced house without a signature, approval from the residents, ready to be damaged or stolen and at minimum a huge inconvenience. We had to then wait 5 days before customer service responded to our numerous calls and emails. By which time we had had to sort the huge delivery ourselves. Unable to put it in a car we are now out hundreds of pounds, have had a huge stress and are unbelievably disappointed with the terrible service.
We received an email offering us 10% discount on our next purchase and with no apology at all. If you do buy from here do not rely on any kind of customer service.

Ordered a new patio set which was required in 7 days for a birthday party, Customer service (Abbey) went above and beyond to make sure the order was delivered in time. Patio set was well packaged and exactly what we wanted. No issues at all.

Avoid this company!!!
Avoid this company. Damaged products delivered and had to open PayPal case to even get any response (response only came through PayPal). Company offered a full refund upon me returning the product (nearly 30kg) with no offer of return postage cost. Never worth the hassle dealing with this company.

Croft 4m x 3m Farwell Charcoal Pergola Summer Garden Gazebo - Product is excellent, a great addition to the garden. There was an issue with the delivery, the box split so the bolts were missing, this was not the fault of Cherry Lane, it was the courier's error! Cherry Lane were very quick to send out the new bolts. Would recommend the pergola and Cherry Lane. Great price!

Awful product and service
I bought the Mercia 6 x 3 Overlap Pent Tool Shed - Windowless back in March. They delivered the shed efficiently just before I went on holiday, so didn't review the quality until 15 days after receiving the item. It was appalling quality, with holes and splits in every wood panel, ripped felt, doors with serious damage marks and nails/screws unfit for purpose. I raised this with them as a faulty product, and after a very long and drawn out debate, they refused to do anything about it, saying I was outside 14 days (consumer rights say 30 days for a faulty product. In the end I had to pay someone to make something of it. I would avoid these guys at all cost. The product was of awful standard, and their customer care useless and unlawful. If it was more money, I'd have taken them to the small claims court. I suppose if you buy cheap, you buy twice! I won't make that mistake with these guys again!

I just wanted to congratulate Cherry lane and there parent company QD stores on there ability to employ master comedians at there company .
Allow me to share with you the side splitting situation I found myself in with them .
I ordered and paid for a log cabin/summerhouse from them on 13th May 2021 ,handing over £1000 in the process , at the time of order I was advised that it would be up to 8 weeks wait for the item (not a problem) it was due to be delivered on 14th July between 8am and 12pm, so I took the day off work and arranged help to get it moved from the road side through to the back garden , then to help construct it , 12pm came and went with no arrival , it never did arrive that day or the next ,so I emailed Cherry lane ,asking for an update or some advice , I was referred to the call center number ( premium rate number) ,there live chat option or their email address, so I opted for the live chat option, spoke to some bot and was told to email there customer service team , so I sent a email asking what had happened .
After 2 days without reply I contacted Shire who was the company making and delivering the item ,they was very apologetic and said they would find out what had gone wrong ,it appears that there was some sort of loading error and our cabin hadn't been loaded for delivery , frustrating yes ,but these things happen , they said they would rearrange a new time and date for delivery , at this point my wife took over the calls and started dealing with a wonderfully helpful lady called Hilda , she got it all sorted ,emailed us personally to give details and sure enough a little later than said it duly arrived with a lovely ,helpful driver ,he helped unload and move the cabins pieces to my back garden , advised me on how to stack the pieces to make building it easier and was a really nice guy , couldn't have been happier with how shire dealt with the issue .
NOW BACK TO CHERRY LANE , they thought it would be helpful ,funny or just damn right stupid to email 2 hours after the cabin arrived to advise me that it was arriving that day between 8am and 12pm and should I need any assistance please get in touch!! So 3 weeks and 2 hours after the failed delivery date and email was sent ,they decided to email me , what a funny bunch they are , I'm sure they sat in there office having a right giggle at the fact they had made a funny , I mean who wouldn't find it funny ?? spend £1000 on a summerhouse , lose 2 days off from work , have to cancel already postponed 40TH birthday celebrations from 2020 ,losing a further £300 and now have a summer house sat in bits in the pouring rain ,now that's funny isn't it ?? So all in all it has cost so far over £1800 for a £1000 summer house ,thats hilarious by anyone standards isn't it ?? without so much as an apology from Cherry lane !!
Please people avoid this disgusting excuse for a company at all costs ,unless you want to be the butt of there jokes and out of pocket for the privilege!!! And so to Lucas (no surname given ) a person who clearly has to much time on his hands and is in need of some fun in his life ,I am so very pleased that this has given you so much amusement, I really wish we could meet face to face and have a good laugh about this in person ,now that would be hilarious!! But alas you are allowed to hide behind your computer screen ,not give a surname or speak in person by this terrible company ,you have this one on me and I truly hope that Karma pays you a visit very soon.
Pergola order - Bad Customer service go elsewhere.
Ordered a Pergola from Cherry-Lane Garden centres The large heavy box arrived badly damaged it was burst open, I inspected my order to find the pergola frame was the wrong frame color , it was stated grey on the website advert but it actually was BLACK ! Jet Black, black as the night sky .......NOT Grey :(
I counted all screws,parts and fixtures to find lots where missing. Reported this right away to the seller to find customer services is very POOR. I have sent an Email with pictures of wrong color pergola frame & damaged order to find no one called back or emailed me I have now made several calls to them where I was told it will be escalated but this seems to mean nothing as I still have no response 8 days later and now I have large really heavy box that I need to store somewhere ? the box I fully I repaired by the way to allow it to be returned but we have No idea when I will get a refund or this will get picked up ! Why wont they get in touch to try to rectify this?? That's very Poor communications from this company and poor all round customer service. Feel badly let down. Will Avoid in future !!!
Pergola delivered on time and undamaged
Whilst reading all the reviews about various products and generally bad feedback I decided to proceed with the purchase of a pergola. I used a credit card so I knew I’d be covered and after getting a couple of strange emails saying the product had been dispatched from various delivery companies with non existent shipping reference codes, the product got delivered undamaged! I am very happy with my purchase
Bad Kisch Salad in Henlow cafeteria
Had a Kisch Salad in Henlow cafeteria. £8. Salad was tiny and the kisch was horrible , microwaved with enormous salt content. Made me feel sick. Very disappointing. Give two stars as the tea was ok but best to avoid food

Excellent service. Ordered a pergola on Thursday paid £1 extra to get it next day and it arrived on time on Friday. I did read the reviews in between ordering and it turning up and was a bit worried but it couldn't have gone any better.

I ordered a garden arbour from their website on 26th June 2021. The reason I ordered from them was because according to their website the item was in stock and estimated delivery was 5-8 days. They took the money from my account two days later. Since then I have received neither my goods nor a refund. It has been extraordinarily difficult to get hold of their ‘customer services’. I have so far had to chase them on about 8 occasions. Each time I get fobbed off with a load of absolute nonsense. It seems that their business model involves taking your money and then half-heartedly trying to find what you have ordered from a supplier. They do not proactively communicate or meet deadlines. They are very quick when it comes to taking your money. I will be contacting Trading Standards immediately.

Absolutely shocking company non existent customer service, I ordered the croft pergola and was told it would be delivered a week ago never heard anything. I received a delivery email stating DX had my parcel except DX do not have my parcel nor do they know where it is l, I contacted cherry lane to be told it's not their problem and take it up with DX this company is a joke and refuse to refund m see my £363 that I paid for said missing item so now I'm having to go through my bank to try to reverse the transaction never ever buy anything from this company they are a joke take your money and don't care!!!

Do Not Buy from this place if you want your Orders any time soon. We ordered a bistro set in June says the item will be here within 7 days hmm we are still waiting. Even due to Covid there is no excuse as we have ordered stuff from other companies and received all of them in the space of waiting for this bistri set from Cherry lane. We rang the company only to be on an automated thing rather than human conversation. They are still selling the item which doesnt say out if order and taking peoples hard earned cash. You should be ashamed of yourself Cherry Lane answer your phones di NOT keep people waiting. You should be closed down. Stop selling stuff if you cant keep up with orders.
