Thank you for your feedback. Per airline rules, tickets are non-transferrable and name changes are not allowed. It sounds as though this event may have occurred due to AUTO fill which filled in your name instead of your daughters, which if the incorrect name was noticed within 24hours, we could have assisted with your concern, however, after 24hours, airline fare rules apply if you have purchased a non-refundable ticket. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.

We travel every year from Toronto to…
We travel every year from Toronto to Mumbai India it’s long journey but we don’t feel tiredness or jet lag. We get proper rest throughout the flight. Food and the service excellent business class. Perfact time to departure and arrival. Only one problem our travel points not added to our account properly due to that it was a hassle and still not done completely, still we booked our next trip to India for Nov 28th2926 and return Feb 10th 2027. Hopefully will be looked after well and provide me free internet throughout the flight. Thanks
