It was easy to book.

Wanted to change my booking
Cancel and Rebook as the travel dates were incorrect but am told that there's a $100 Fee , booked at 1 pm abd tried to make changes by 2pm. Other sites allow full refund within 24 hours. Feel cheated here. Don't think I'll come back to CheapoAir or recommend anyone even though contact response is great.

I haven’t received confirmation of booking since morning .. it has been alsmot 4 hours since I booked the flight

The agent kept me on the phone for over 1.25 hours and just kept going over the same thing he was not well trained and it really showed in my price and the length if the call

The prices are great along with the customer service.

My experience was horrible. I arrived at the airport one hour before my flight and was told I was too late because I was supposed to arrive 2–3 hours before departure. I had no checked baggage—just my backpack—so I didn't expect there to be an issue.
I was denied boarding, offered no refund, and no effort was made to help resolve the situation. As a result, I was forced to book another flight to Saskatoon at a cost of $1,033.68. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the lack of assistance or consideration. The night before my flight, I attempted to check in online. However, I was prompted to pay an additional fee before I could complete the check-in process. Since I did not want to pay an unexpected extra charge just to check in, I decided to check in at the airport instead. At no point was it made clear that waiting to check in at the airport could result in being denied boarding if I arrived one hour before departure.

I am very satisfied with the last customer service whom I spoke with and assisted me in booking my flight for my trip. She was very knowledgeable and quite quick in sharing the details for availabilities in accordance to the date and time of my booking.
My first impression is when she inquired of me my price range affordability which I hadn't that from other providers' customer service. This booking agent explained everything in detail and precisely which was helping me understand and choose correctly what I wanted to have a safe, affordable and an enjoyable trip to Hawaii.
I am very impressed with CheapOair customer service. This is the reason why I keep choosing CheapOair to be my travel agency. The affordable price and an excellent customer service. I will definitely inform and share this with my families and friends and with others who would like to travel.

I booked and it automatically picked the wrong dates. I called immediately to get the right dates and I was told its $800 more for the change, THATS INSANE!! Then I wanted to cancel and I was told its $200 to cancel - now am forced to waste a day heading out the wrong day and miss a day at my work because I am returning the wrong day also. I will not recommend this service, complicated and terrible for making my experience a swift and happy one.

Booking was challenging because there was no option to add baggage, and the website is hard to use as it just keeps pushing for the app to be downloaded. There’s no way to check in online

Bad businesd..I bought a ticked and realized I had booked PM instead of AM that I needed. I went to change which I had paid for and it was going to be double the price of the original ticket so I went to cancel and they wouldn't refund. Ended up having to pay double for my ticket
