Had to take a taxi from Hamilton…
Had to take a taxi from Hamilton toronto then couldn't check my luggage until went on board .had to carry it for 2.5hours .when I went to the washroom and to get a snack.not impressed

airplane seat
we did not chose any seat but i noticed after couple of days that there are two seat asigned to our reservation, and we were charged for two seat for total amount of $160.00.
i called them and explained the whole situation but nothing was done.

I booked my flight ticket in December and tow months before my flight l got a email that says your flight has cancelled and we’re waiting for the airline confirmation. I have been calling you guys twice a week and still haven’t heard anything from you guys. I will never book another flight with you and l will tell anyone to be careful booking flights with you guys.

Cheap o air was not aware the flight change...took me 45min on the phone to get information properly..and 5 different people..thats OK..lesson learned

Not only did I find great price, but when you send email trip itinerary near my departure date, it is sooooo easy to find info including airline confirmation number, eticket number etc. I don’t know why airlines don't make their page as easy!
