I have great experience with cheapflyshop specially with Marc.

Do not use this company. They told me just hours before my booking that the flight was full. And they would give me a discount of paying double what I had originally paid. To get out on another flight same day. The agent and was rude and just kept saying it was my fault I agreed to the terms. Told me wouldn't get my money back till two hours before my flight was suppose to leave so I couldn't even rebook. Went back to the site they still offering the same flight after they said it was fully booked. Trying to scam more customers? I looked on west jets website there were flights available as well. I've documented it all.

Don’t get scammed by this website. They advertise cheap flights but don’t include baggage allowance or other extras, which end up costing significantly more. Even after booking and paying, the baggage policy may appear to follow the airline’s standard allowance, but their representatives may claim that discounted tickets don’t include any baggage at all.

The company seems to add hidden fees and fails to clearly disclose them during the booking process. In my case, I purchased tickets from Vancouver (YVR), Canada to Taipei (TPE), Taiwan and paid in full. Shortly after, I received a call saying the discounted tickets were no longer available, and they offered alternative flights at a similar price. It felt like a trap—canceling would incur a $600 fee, while proceeding would require an additional $700 per person for baggage.

This pushed the total cost well beyond what it would have been if I had booked directly with the airline. Be cautious and avoid booking through this company. Consider using more reputable platforms like Expedia, Booking.com, or Trip.com instead.

Our flight got canceled due to the current crisis in the Middle East, but Mark helped us a lot and managed to book a trip that we were very satisfied with, as it had more days, exactly what we wanted.
