I wouldnt give this company any stars if it was possible.
The company holds you into contracts and charges you at a drop of a hat without fulfilling there end of the contractual obligations.
The company have thousands or professionals leaving awful reviews and rightly so but as they have just informed me, these are made up.

End of contract they want to charge me £60 for collection of a sharps bin that they failed to collect during the contract. So inevitably they want to charge me twice for a service that hasnt been completed.
It took be 6 months to get out of the contract as that is how much notice they required.
But in total it has really taken me nearly 4 years.

Pretty shocking tbh. Keep changing the pickup date. We tried to cancel but they tell us we are in a 12 month contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go for Grundon

Shockingly overpriced. Come when they feel like it. Permanent increasing prices. And ignore you when trying to cancel your contract. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY ARE VERMIN AND JUST WANT MONEY MONEY MONEY. once they have you, they will not let you out. Like being held hostage. I'm having to involve trading standards and citizens advice, just to cancel my contract. EVEN THOUGH IM IN MY CANCELTION PERIOD. THEY JUST WANT TO EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT EACH MONTH

Scammers don’t use this company manage to take money of me for months and not collect any rubbish and will not terminate my contract.

Dispicable company. They do not deliver the service the are paid for. They automatically renew contract, even when you try not to. They are a scammers and a shambles

Beware. This company operates an opt out contract system. If you don't opt out you are automatically signed up for a 2 year contract unless you inform them within a narrow time band. Even if you email stating that you intend to cancel the contract (outside their imposed band) at the next opportunity, they just sign you up again. They are inflexible about extra collections and obnoxious to deal with.

Reasonably reliable but they are a pain to deal with, not actually very cheap and am having some issues with cancelling the contract.

This is a fraudulent company. Avoid at all cost! What they did to me is disgusting and I won't rest until I get my revenge..

It's a very aggresive and dangerous company to deal with.

I made a mistake and entered verbal agreement. I asked twice on the phone the same question "what is the bin weight" and they twice said "industrial standard" BUT IT'S A LIE. Just to find out second later receiveing documents on email it's 65 kg.
Council offered us in the same price 380kg 650L bin and Cheaper Waste offer 65 kg for 650L bin. Everything else is PENALTY CHARGE. This is what they will not inform you and deliberatly misrepresent contract.

Even though they have on purpose misrepresent contract and me hiring a lawyer I HAD TO PAY PENALTY CHARGE for exiting contract becasue their strategy is to bounce so many paperwork.email it will come cheaper to pay them than for the lawyer.

They will ruin you financialy because they can endlessly harras you with their legal departments.

Avoid for all cost!

Excellent service. Rang on the Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery, then realised I needed the next size up. This was arranged on the phone, the driver rang on Wednesday morning as he was leaving the depot.
The skip was filled on Wednesday and I requested a collection for Thursday/Friday.
The customer service is excellent and I was assisted by Jenny.

The worst waste company ever 1 attempted collection in 4 weeks a car blocking the collection they said . 200 black bags now being torn apart by foxes birds rats . Emailed and called dozens of times to be told it will cost you more to remove it .
Stay away don't open a contract with these sharks.

DO NOT USE. COWBOYS THAT JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUES. ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Worst waste company ever!
Bins not collected when they are meant to be and when you contact them you are told you have to wait until your next scheduled collection day, so now you have overflowing bins because of them and you have to suffer.
They promise no price rises but they sting you with a one-off payment payment to cover cost which I'm sorry is a stealth price increase.
Very difficult to get hold of an adviser.

Scammers. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews which are fake. This company will take you to the cleaners

Totally inept. constantly let down (but still charged!) by this shower of s**t. Don't fall for the fake reviews.

Unfortunately Zero stars is not an option.

Emptied the wrong bin, would not fix the issue until the next collection date.

After being finally collected the bin was left directly blocking a fire escape door, as well as blocking the safe route of 3 further fire exits. Blocking in 4 fire doors and over 100 people should something go wrong.

Called and reported this. Asked to start a complaint procedure and nothing has happened.

Since then my bin was collected on time this month, and the bin was, once again, left blocking the same fire door and further 3 fire exit paths.

Completely unacceptable and probably illegal.

I will be calling Monday to start the complaint procedure and hopefully never use this company again.

Absolute amd utter shambles of a company.
