The only place I go to purchase my Chamilia charms. Had an issue with the new website when last ordering however once I spoke to Gary he sorted everything out for me and had the charms I wanted for Christmas in less than 24 hours of speaking to him. Hows that for great customer service !!!

When my granddaughter's Mystic Bead originally arrived it was not the colour expected. I reported this to Charm Heaven, who dealt with my problem within 24 hours. They obtained and sent me the correct bead within another couple of days so my granddaughter will not be disappointed on Christmas Day.
