I would like to thank Charm Heaven for sending me my charm so quickly. It was also sent in a lovely little Chamilia Box with plenty of Chamilia tissue paper and lovely gift bag. These finishing touches have made my mind up that I will always buy my Chamilia products from Charm Heavenin the future and I will definately recommend them to my friends. Once again THANK YOU Charm Heaven.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. I have made several purchases and everything from ordering to delivery has been first rate, however...............they changed the name from Chamilia to Charm heaven - big mistake!
It sounds like an advert for silly little spolit brat princesses in pink dresses and not for adults.

I ordered my item on 23 December, late, as I'd been searching for this particular Chamilia, out of stock, Snowman Bead everywhere on the internet and in the shops and had given up hope. I found it by chance on Charm Heaven's website. By this stage, I didn't expect it to arrive in time for Christmas, so I didn't request or pay for fast delivery. Yet to my astonishment and extreme delight, the bead arrived the very next day Christmas Eve 24 December. Simply quite brilliant and amazing. Thank you so much Charm Heaven. You made my Christmas.

Excellent service, bought frosty glow snowman charm which had been sold out everywhere, ordered it after 5.00 with next day delivery and was here at 7.15 next morning.

Delivery of all of my items received within two days. The Charm Heaven team are obliging and anxious to make their customers happy. An overpayment by me handled immediately, correctly and courteously.

An email offer of spend £89 and receive a free bracelet was not recognised on their website. This was resolved quickly by their customer care department.

I ordered and and paid straight away on line.

1st Hiccup.I received an e-mail.One of the items "Out of Stock"No probs,I selected another item + a second item incase the my second choice was out of stock.
Following day an e-mail was sent to me"which item do you want"!So I chose one.

2nd Hiccup.A parcel arrives.All chamilia jewellery correct,exactly what I originally ordered!!
However:The FREE chamilia snap bracelet was missing!!
I open my lap top to e-mail Charm Heaven and they had sent me an e-mail wishing me a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

The following day I receive an email "Sorry" your bracelet is on it's way.
Got home from work tonight and all is well.

I ordered a number of Chamilia beads & a silver bracket. I was contacted straight away & told one of the beads was no longer available & I could change to a different one,which I did & received the complete order within 24 hours.
