I wanted a small compact air fryer, easy to use and low wattage. This appliance was exactly what I was looking for and priced extremely low with prompt delivery. Great little appliance and very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend as I have used Charlies before and will continue to do so.

Really disappointing first experience ordering from Charlie’s. I ordered a coat and received a completely different product.

I now have to package it up, go out of my way to take it to a Post Office and wait for the return to be processed before getting my money back. To make matters worse, the coat I actually ordered is now out of stock.

If it comes back into stock, I’ll then have to order it again, wait for delivery again pay postage again — all because Charlie’s sent the wrong item in the first place.

Mistakes happen, but the inconvenience of putting everything right seems to have been left entirely with the customer. Very unimpressed, especially as this was my first order. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from Charlie’s again.
