In comparison to the nightmare experience we endured at the hands of an unnamed online conveyancing firm back in 2022 our experience with Chapter Law was simply magical !
Thanks to Charlotte Bull and her jargon free , straight talking and attention to detail approach we purchased our home with minimum stress and delay! Such a refreshing change to have direct contact, ability to meet face to face and receive timely responses from Charlotte and her team ….more reassuring than dealing with online, nationwide, faceless, automated systems!

I would happily recommend Charlotte Bull. Charlotte kept us updated during the purchase of our property. All information was presented in a clear and straightforward manner. In addition we felt supported during the purchase process, this was most helpful during a stressful time.

Staff kept me updated without constantly hassling me.
Was slightly irritated that proof of name HAD to be sent to the Redditch office, rather than the one closer to me.
Contract signing went well as Ummar clearly explained things and gave me time to read without feeling rushed. Happy with the company. Will consider using when I am finally ready to purchase.

Charlotte at Chapter Law provided an excellent service. She was also honest and with everything we asked.
Everything was carried out on line which suited our work life.

I became a customer on the recommendation of AP Morgan Northfield. My first sale (which fell through at the exchange) began well with the app updates and prompt contacts from the team. But as time went on I would go several weeks without any updates. I found that a lot of the staff had left the company so there was little continuity.
I cannot fault Chapter Law for the second sale (which did complete). They have certainly improved immensely.
