She was was absolutely first rate.with my House Sale . Nothing was too much for her.She’s so kind polite patient as I’m 71 not sold house before !
She responded promptly to every email called me if I was concerned about anything kept us in the loop all the way . answered all my calls straight away she . Saw me in office a few times when I didn’t understand the paperwork. She explained everything so clearly to me ,anything I didn’t inderstand .
She’s was Always polite efficient and friendly . We were lucky to have her!
She took all the stress away from what is stressful situation .made it look easy.

I have to be honest - when we first started the process with chapter law, the process wasn’t a quick as we hoped for. However, Charlotte Hatch took our case and was very informative throughout the entire process with detailed breakdowns at each stage of what was happening (in and out of her control) and why to clearly manage our expectations. There are stages of any buying process that can become painstaking but she ensured we knew any changes or updates and informed of clear escalations and efforts she made to ease things along. Good experience with Chapter Law, Ummar was easy to reach and contact.

They made the sale so straightfoward and painless. They were always easy to get hold of, efficient and friendly and even then we only had to contact them on a couple of occasions as the process went so smoothly. With the online portal we only needed to actually send one set of documents by post and those were to do with final contracts which had to have physical signatures.
