They took all the stress away from the whole process. I just had to hand over any information that they needed and forget about it all while they dealt with the tribunal. I was told at the beginning that it could take up to a year and was kept updated as the process progressed. It was nice to just forget about it and have a nice payday at the end without having to do anything.

Myles and his team were great, they took on our case after the company went into administration, everything was explained and forms were sent to us to fill in. They explained that it would take time due to the courts being busy. We were kept informed along the way and a couple of other forms were sent to us for signatures during the process. The pay out was more than I had expected it to be as well. Overall it was a very simple process for us and I'm grateful to all involved in this process. Really great, professional service from the whole team. The award process takes time (around 12 months in my case) due to various hurdles and red tape but CFS took care of everything on my behalf.
