Stay away at all cost
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I instructed Cobra Financial Solutions to recover a debt from a former tenant and paid their fee upfront. Over the following 18 months, I repeatedly received assurances that progress was being made, yet I was provided with little evidence of any meaningful recovery activity.
For the last two months, I have simply asked for a written summary of the actions they have taken on my case, including any correspondence or recovery efforts. Despite multiple requests, they have failed to provide this information and have instead continued to make excuses.
As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency and evidence of the work carried out. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of poor communication, lack of accountability, and disappointing customer service.
I would encourage anyone considering this company to carry out thorough due diligence before engaging their services.
