The service was fast and efficient
The service was fast and efficient. The documents are clear and well substantiated with the ADA laws that cover service animals. My dog is specifically trained for security and there have been times where we were denied entry because he is somehow "not considered a service animal"--an argument ensues about the definition of what a service dog does--and now I have paperwork in addition to his training certificates that allow us to forego these types of interactions. SCSA provides a very valuable, efficient product for those of us who need the support of the federal law behind us to go about our daily lives in peace.
