I placed an order for $103.38 on July 11, it was processed on July 12, and it is now Aug 16th and still no product. I tried sending emails, crickets. I went through my bank and disputed the charge. Scam!

I placed an order on 6/20/26 for $195.02 for two dogs and never received merchandise or certificates! The company doesn't respond to emails and their online support form just gives an error as well as I left numerous voicemails over last few weeks and no one ever returned my calls! I think this company is a SCAM. Dont waste your money and time!

Extremely disappointing experience.

I placed order #22911 and received neither a confirmation email nor any meaningful update regarding the status of my purchase. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have been unable to obtain a clear answer about whether my order has even been processed, let alone when it will be shipped.

The complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. When a company takes a customer’s money, the very minimum it should provide is order confirmation and basic status updates. Instead, I have been left chasing information and receiving no satisfactory response.

At this point, I am seriously questioning the reliability of this company. Customers should think carefully before placing an order if they expect timely communication or professional customer service.

I will update this review if the company finally provides an explanation and resolves the situation. Until then, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Buster, our 10-month-old black Lab, is now pure joy to be around. He went through obedience training and then public access training. He was definitely rowdier than most, and we needed help.

At my daughter’s soccer game, I saw a dog not much older than Buster, off-leash, playing fetch. He would run back to heel position after retrieving the ball and sit with it in his mouth until commanded to drop it. I thought, Holy $#@! That’s cool—I want Buster to do that! So I introduced myself and asked about the dog’s training. That’s how I found out about SDCA. The owner spoke very highly of them, and now I can see why.

Buster’s obedience is 100 times better. He’s no longer a liability. No more bolting out the front door, pulling on the leash, ignoring recall, jumping on guests, digging, etc. He’s now a pleasure to be with—an amazing part of our family. It was worth every single dollar, and we are forever grateful.

P.S. Now, I’m asked about Buster’s training a couple of times a week when we’re out playing fetch. The frisbee, ball, anything you throw (or even accidentally drop!) he brings back by running around your right side to the left into perfect heal and sits with the object! He goes everywhere with us. One of the coolest things? On our morning walks to Starbucks, he’ll wait patiently at the door for his puppuccino and not budge until I give the break command!

I had an amazing experience with SDCA! They where incredibly helpful and friendly. Adam went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and he resolved my issue quickly. I had inputted the wrong DOB on the order form and didn't realize it until I received the package. I offered to pay for a new one but he would not have it, even though it was my fault! Now I understand why they are so highly recommended.

The Department for dog certification used to require the Guardian given a metal tag however ADA doesn’t require id for service dog it’s illegal for whomever to inquire!

Second dog with SDCA. We had no issue with airline, hotels or restaurants in Israel or International travel. All products very nice.

We sent our “baby” out to Albuquerque from here in San Jose after interacting with a co-workers service dog at the office. I was so impressed I got their info. OMG! Awesome doesn’t even come close to the transformation. We sent out our unruly little girl for a 3 week boarding program and got back a obedient mobility aide dog that was hand delivered. They stayed for a two day period and went through all of her new skills and tasks. Down side is it took 4 months to get in the program so recommend contacting them before you get a new dog to get everything setup before hand. The Smith family thanks you guys for hard work

The service does not work for residents outside the USA. Even if Adam tells you otherwise, if you're Canadian and traveling abroad, the regulations are different and the certification is no more valuable than what you can buy on Amazon. I never received my refund even though I returned all the equipment. It was a bad experience for me.
