Quite a few negative reviews about centrick on trustpilot but i can honestly say i do not know about the rest of the sites that centrick manages but liberty place is well run and maintained, saf the manager runs the day to day operations amazingly

Working at the Dentist at Liberty Place and Saf was really helpful in finding parking.

Saf is always available to answer any questions or query’s that I might have regarding the property. He is a lovely manager to all residents and looks after liberty diligently

Giving one star because zero is not an option . Centrick currently manage the property I live in (Fabric square ) Digbeth and is the worst management I’ve seen . Property gate has been broken for almost 4 months now or even more and nothing has been done . General access doors have been broken for months too and nothing has been done too, leading to unfavourable characters entering buildings and causing havoc . Things as little as light bulbs in access ways seem to be a big hassle as it has taken them months to fix and they still haven’t fixed it . You send emails to them and they send a generic reply from month to month and no action . Last month they sent people in to talk to us but still no work done . The property is just a big safety issue and Centrick is the worst

After spending about a year at liberty Place, I can honestly say this is the best move I ever made the staff members are extremely kind and helpful special praise to Saf who leafs the team

Terrible. They manage Fabrick Square and everything's broken there. The doors, the main gate, everything! Vagrants steal packages and poop on the stairs because the doors have been broken for months!

The carpets are filthy and theres usually a weird smell hanging around the place.

You send complaints and you get boilerplate messages telling you they're working on it.

Horrible living conditions. There was a snow day and the walkways weren't salted or anything. Nearly broke my tailbone moving from one block to the other.

I also think there's a lot of staff overturn due to disagreements and disputes.

I do not recommend!

They are the most unprofessional and uncaring property management team I've encountered. Your emails and calls, even for simple requests like restoring the elevator, are ignored for months, or you receive only automated responses.

Not attentive to tenants complaints at Fabrick Square . No security at the premise and they completely ignore to better the situation. We are living in a complex with no gate, not security locks and feel like we live outside.

I've lived at Fabrick Square at Birmingham for two years now. My car got stolen, my window got smashed, the rubbish isn't collected, homeless people camp out in the hallways, the access control and car park gates are always broken—in short, this place is absolutely awful.

Centrick who manage liberty place are doing an amazing job . Saf the manager is so good. Keep it up

Abdel and khalid are super friendly and ensure I am warmly welcomed into my home each time I pass them by. Thank you.
There is also another friendly lady with glasses and light hair, I do not know her by name unfortunately but she is also incredibly sweet and helpful whenever she greets me. Super staff!

The Liberty Place concierge staff are always welcoming and friendly. I’ve had a few queries since living in the property and I’ve always been very pleased with how helpful they’ve been. Saf in particular always delivers great customer service!!!

I am currently trying to arrange a property valuation and I need a current EWS1 form for the surveyors. I have sent a ticket, emails, phone call and I am not receiving a response. I have only received an out of date form. Not even an update on the renewal or when it might issued. Absolutely ridiculous as it is the sole responsibility of the management company.

Hoping to take these to court.
They manage a estate we live in I'm staffordshire.
Doubled the fees in 4 years
No maintenance carried out
Takes ages to get replies amd then get fobbed off.
Turns out the estates contract with these is not legal hence why no one has paid these cowboys in 2 years.
Houses have flooded, we have no street lighting as these were all wired to people's houses. So when we paid out of our own pockets to sort wenarenleft with no lighting.
Uneven slabs for paths, 12 months to sort.
Rats everywhere as pest control we pay for hasn't been kept up.£10k to cut a tree with no information about.
If you are buying on an estate with these as the estate management I would run a mile.
No one on the estate can sell either because of the dispute and the estate just keeps getting worse
