Today I needed some really important help. I had the pleasure of speaking with Devan Vara. I haven't met such a professional, kind, and helpful person in a long time! He helped me so much, and I'm truly grateful. I wish there were more people like him!

We rented for 5 years and Hayley Mears is a fantastic concierge.

Haider was great to deal with throughout. Really responsive, always quick to answer any questions, and made the whole process straightforward. Communication was clear from start to finish, which makes a huge difference. Really appreciate the help and would happily deal with him again.

Haider Hussain was extremely helpful when I needed help with my fob replacement. He was professional and had it sorted promptly.

Sufyaan, who is part of the Concierge team at Liberty Place, is a phenomenal human being and a great asset for the team here at Liberty Place. He is quick to respond to any queries I have had and really help me sorting out everything I have thrown at him. Keep up the good work Sufyaan!

I dealt with Mustafa Sandhu in credit control today and he was courteous and professional.

I explained my situation to him and took his time and gave me suggestions to resolve my matter.

Centrick, you are the block manager of an apartment block in the midlands in which I own a flat. I attempted to sell the flat earlier this year and the sale fell through because my buyer 'was not happy with the state of the building'. I am now getting a solicitor to prepare the docs so that I can put the flat up for sale by auction. In return for a fee of £420 you provided them with a 'Management Pack'. Why has my solicitor had to go back to you with the following questions regarding this pack?

1. The buildings insurance policy expired on 31st March 2026. Please provide the current policy.
2. The EWS1 is dated November 2020. These should be renewed every 5 years. Has a new EWS1 been undertaken/ is it being commissioned?
3. There was no Fire Risk Assessment in the pack, only the EWS1. Please provide the FRA.
4.When will the 2024 and 2025 service charge accounts be finalised?

Do these documents exist? If yes why were they not included in the £420 pack (not exactly cheap)?

Spoke to Benjamin Wigley today. He couldn’t have been more helpful, really tried to help me with my query. So easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble

Sufyaan and the whole concierge/management team at Liberty Place are just exceptional.
They are always so easy to contact when needed, friendly and helpful. They really do go above and beyond for residents in the complex. Thanks you so much guys!

1. Poor facilities maintenance
2. Both lift of the property went out of order for more than a month. And most of the time only one lift work
3. Parking gate broken down and no one fixing it at all. Meaning no regular checking on the property
4. Entrance door broken down and anyone can just come and go without the fob
