I had a great experience at Centre for Sight. I was nervous but there was no pain and it was all over so quickly

I can’t recommend centre for sight highly enough. I had tri focal lens replacement in both eyes and my outcome is brilliant, I can see everything as clearly as I could 30 years ago but without glasses or contact lenses, what a joy.
Dealing with the staff at centre for sight was also a delight. In a world where customer service has taken a back seat it’s wonderful to find an organisation that puts the customer at the centre of things.

I was treated extremely well by all members of the Teams at Centre for Sight who looked after me ever so well.
My consultation was exceedingly thorough and careful and all the options were carefully considered.
My two surgery sessions were carried out with great care and diligence and I felt completely safe and care for.
The two after-care visits were also handled very efficiently and I felt very comfortable in their hands.
The results were / are excellent and I am more than happy.

I had my LASIK surgery carried out here in 2020 because this facility had been recommended to me, and I didn't mind paying their higher prices if I could be confident I'd be receiving a better service.

The procedure was successful, and I'm still experiencing my amazing 20/20 vision, but I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the shocking wait times that I experienced.

I should have bailed when I was left waiting over an hour at my consultation, but at the time I just chalked it up to unfortunate circumstances. They explained it was because a staff member had called in sick.
The staff member carrying out my consultation was carrying out another person's consultation at the same time in some kind of balancing act. This did not give me much confidence but I gave them the benefit of the doubt at the time.

A month later on the scheduled day of surgery I was left waiting half an hour, and when I went to the reception desk for an update, I was told my surgery could not be done at the scheduled time and it would have to be rescheduled for later in the day. When I arrived at the rescheduled time, I was still left waiting for over 3hrs,
with no updates besides the occasional "it won't be long now". The surgeon was also clearly in a bad mood. Not something I felt comfortable about. But they had taken their deposit, and I didn't have much choice at that point.

The follow-up appointment post-surgery was also accompanied by an hour-long wait, only to be seen for 20 minutes.

Fortunately, the surgery was successful, but I will not be using the facility again, and would not recommend it to anyone else. Their prices are much higher than other facilities, and their inflated prices were not justified by the service I received.

Thank you so much for restoring my vision. I had multifocal lenses' replacement on both eyes and a wonderful experience with the Center for Sight. I would highly recommend it. Being able to see clearly again without glasses after years of impairment is a truly life-changing experience.

Having had cataracts removed and Lasik lenses fitted by Centre for Sight in both eyes I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff involved. The reception staff were friendly and efficient the nurses excellent in administering what was needed and explaining what would happen. The doctors were all friendly and obviously excellent at what they did. They made my experience a very good one.
Only one very small gripe was waiting times for appointments, they were very busy and I felt I had to wait more than I should have.
Overall my eyesight is very much improved and I would have no problem recommending their services to anyone

Overall a great outcome with a pain score of 0/10 both during surgery and post operatively.
As a passenger the drive home was interesting with every street lamp or house light looking like the millennium wheel
Within 24 hours great vision and a great success

I cannot thank CFS enough. The service from start to finish receptionist’s to surgeons was exceptional. I now have 20/20 eyesight again thanks to the lens replacement I had done this year. I was very nervous when I went in but there was no need to be at all. I couldn’t have been in better hands thank you all so much

I have been a patient of Dr. Daya since 2008 and he has looked after both my eyes. Right eye had Keratoconus and after the graft failure, Moorfields had advised that they could not operate but god sent Dr. Daya did two ops and restored my vision. 12 years later I developed cataract in both eyes and even with right eye complications Dr Daya operated. He also operated on left eye where I got 20 20 vision.
I referred a friend of mine (Jan 2022) and she also had her Op done and got 20 20 vision.
I have trusted Dr. Daya and Centre For Sight and I highly recommend them to you. Very professional service and excellent after care I have received over the years. Very grateful to Dr. Daya and CFS. Thank you.

From beginning to end, from reception, through technicians and theatre staff, this was an exemplary experience. There is a calm almost cosy atmosphere throughout. My trifocal toric lenses, fitted by Mr Daya have given me better vision than I can ever remember having. It is life changing to be able to discard my glasses completely.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and care I received at Centre for Sight. Every thing was explained and the procedure went very well. Having had Trifocal lenses implanted I am a little disappointed that I am struggling to read, but I am assured that this will improve.

Following a visit to my Optician during the Spring of 2021 I decided to follow their advice and get my cataracts removed and find out whether my vision as a whole could be improved. I had problems with my long and short-distance sight and also quite a high level of astigmatism. Added to that I was nearly 80 years old at the time and was really anxious to keep my independence and joy in life.
The optometrist referred me to The Centre for Sight as she told me she could highly recommend them. I am really grateful to her for this as I have been delighted with the care and results of my operation and treatment.
I was extremely nervous of the whole procedure as I was fully aware that, as with all operations one has to be prepared to take some risk and to trust that one is in the hands of experts, but my eyesight seemed to me to be the most precious thing I possessed so it was not easy for me to get on with it.
After my assessment and consultation with Mr Sheraz Daya, I decided to have the Laser Cataract extraction and the Trifocal Toric Lenses in order to correct all the problems I was experiencing with my sight. To this day I am amazed that Mr Daya developed these lenses and that it is possible to achieve such amazing results for his patients. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for his expertise and knowledge and the care and kindness shown to me by all his wonderful assistants and staff.
The operation was painless and the aftercare has been excellent, especially as I needed some adjustments to be made to one of the lenses some weeks after my operation. Today I wake each morning and can’t believe how lucky I am. I can read well without glasses and can drive a car without fear and colour and clarity have returned to my life.
