It was fast and easy. I was give a price it will sell for and that is what I received.

When my father purchased five lots back in 1985 when my sister passed away, he essentially had it for the entire family. When my mother passed away October 3, 2021, I couldn’t afford the money that they were offering me to bury her so I had her cremated. 33 days later, I had to cremate my brother because he passed away. Then when my father passed away, I still couldn’t afford it so I had him committed as well. Those two plots that we had under our name I wanted to get rid of. Thanks to the cemetery property resale I was able to list it and I got my moneys worth for it. I will work with them if down the road I have another one somewhere, but I don’t think I do. They are wonderful people. They are kind they are courteous. They will work with you. It may take a while, but you will get the results you are looking for. I am 1000% recommend this company.

This is the best way to find a plot. Many people do preplanning and then move out of the area. The result is they have to sell the plot they purchased. You can get the plot at a tremendous discount. The process is easy and well worth your time.

Cemetery properties was great. They showed us a few places at Oak Hill and settled on one next to my grandmother. We also were primarily shopping for my mother in law and my brother in law. I had a great experience with Mr. Gail. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Mr. Gail had the garden that I wanted to bury my youngest son. He was a U.S. Army Specialists on active duty. Mr. Gail was very compassionate and helpful during this devastating time. I couldn’t get a money order for the amount that I need to pay. I only had cash for the total amount. So, he took us to the Company bank. Where we were able to deposit the cash direct to the company’s account. I am very grateful for that.
