I used Bestdayevervacations to book a cruise for my husband and I next July. Their service was incredible! Our agent, Julie, was so prompt with replies and did her very best to accommodate our requests. We are cruising with our son and his family and she was able to reserve the room right next to them! I am still in awe at how fast her responses were and no request was impossible for her. I highly recommend this agency! We will definitely use them again for any future travel.

Booked the wrong transportation, then refused to make it right.
We used Best Day Ever to plan a Disney cruise in August 2026. The pre-cruise portion went fine: our agent booked Disney transportation from the Hyatt at MCO to Port Canaveral and it worked as expected.
The problem came on the return. Mid-cruise I asked our agent to book the same Disney transportation back to the airport. Instead, he booked a private transfer through a third party that could not fit our party & luggage. We found this out standing at the port with our luggage. I ended up paying out of pocket for Disney transportation on the spot.
When I asked Best Day Ever to refund the unused private transfer, they refused. So we paid twice for one ride home, and the agency took no responsibility for the error.
A travel agent’s whole value is handling exactly this kind of logistics. Booking something that didn’t work for my family, and then declining to fix it is the opposite of that. I wouldn’t use them again.
